RRB Technician 2025 Registration Starts

RRB Technician Recruitment 2025: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have started the RRB Technician registration 2025 from today, June 28, 2025. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can get the RRB Technician registration 2025 link through the official regional websites. The last date to submit the completed RRB Technician registration form is July 28, 2025. This time, a total of 6,180 RRB Technician vacancies have been released.

Along with filling up the RRB Technician application form, payment of the fee is mandatory for all candidates. The fee amount varies by category. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, Female, Transgender, Minorities, and Economically Backward Classes are required to pay an application fee of INR 250 whereas others have to pay INR 500. This fee will be refunded, after deducting applicable bank charges, upon appearing for the Computer-Based Test (CBT).

• Complete Technician registration by entering the required details.
• Fill in Part I of the application form with the necessary information.
• Pay the prescribed application fee.
• Proceed to fill Part II of the application form.
• Upload the required scanned documents as per the specifications.

Eligibility Criteria for RRB Technician Recruitment 2025

Candidates applying for the RRB Technician must ensure they meet the required eligibility criteria. The eligibility is based on educational qualifications and age limits for different posts, as detailed below:

Educational Qualification:

• Technician Grade 1:
• Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Electronics, or Information Technology from a recognised college.
• Alternatively, those with a 3-year diploma in Engineering or a degree in Engineering from a recognized institution are also eligible.
• Technician Grade 3:
• Candidates must have passed Matriculation or SSLC along with an ITI certificate from any recognised institution (NCVT/SCVT) in relevant trades such as Heat Treater, Forger/Foundryman, Pattern Maker, etc.

Age Limit (as of 2025):

• Technician Grade 1 (Signal):
• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 36 years

• Minimum Age: 18 years
