IBSAT Admit Card 2025: Download Date, How to Book Exam Slot @general.ibsindia.org

Incase candidates are unable to book the IBSAT exam slot, in such a scenario, candidates must check the internet connection and login again and try booking the IBSAT 2025 exam slot again. If the problem persists, candidates must immediately contact at IBS  office helpline number- +91–040–2344 0963/62/61/60 on working days. Candidates can also register their complaint on ibsat (at)ibsindia.org. Candidates must also try the following measures to book IBSAT exam slot/download the admit card:

1. Candidates must make sure that they have a secure and smooth internet connection to download the IBSAT admit card.
2. Candidates must ensure that they have entered the correct login credentials: application number and Password.
3. Candidates must clear the browser cache and cookies and try again.
4. Candidates can also try a upgraded browser to access the IBS website.
5. Candidates must ensure that they have filled the complete IBSAT application form along with the payment of application fee of INR 1800

To download the IBSAT admit card, you must book the exam slot. IBSAT 2025 slot booking window will open tentatively in October 2025. Only candidates who will register for the exam will be able to book the exam slot when the window is open. Only candidates who will book the IBSAT exam slot will be able to download the admit card soon after the confirmation. To download the IBSAT 2025 admit card, you must follow the following stages:

Stage 1- Register for IBSAT exam on or before third week of December

Stage 2- Book the exam slot when the window is activated

Stage 3- Download the admit card

Stage 4- Appear for the IBSAT exam on book date and time.

IBSAT 2025 admit card will be released tentatively in October 2025. Registered candidates will be able to download the IBSAT admit card online. IBS will release the admit card along with the commencement of IBSAT 2025 slot booking. Soon after booking the IBSAT 2025 slot, candidates can download the admit card online at general.ibsinida.org.

In case of any incorrect information or missing details in the IBSAT admit card, candidates must report at the IBS admission helpdesk immediately. Candidates can call at admission care or register their complaint by sending an email. IBSAT 2025 admit card will mention the details like- name of the candidate, registration number, category, date of birth, gender, programme details, date of exam, time, declaration and important guidelines for online exam. 

IBSAT 2025 application process last date has been updated. As per the ICFAI Business School official notification, the registrations will end on December 19, 2025. Candidates can fill the IBSAT registration form in online and offline modes. The registration process commenced on July 1 at general.ibsindia.org.

Candidates must enter their personal details to create login credentials and fill the application form. For successful registration, candidates must ensure to pay the IBSAT application fee of INR 1800. Candidates who registered successfully, along with the payment of the application fee, will be able to book an exam slot and download the admit card online.

IBSAT 2025 admit card can be re-downloaded till the date of examination. Only candidates who will register for the IBSAT exam and book the slot will be able to download the admit card when released online. In case candidates have misplaced or lost the IBSAT admit card, they can re-visit the ICFAI Business School official website and re-login with the credentials- Application number and password. No, ICFAI Business School will not issue the hard copy of the IBSAT admit cards. Candidates who will register for the IBSAT 2025 examination must download the admit card online. The IBSAT 2025 admit card can be downloaded by entering the login credentials and booking the IBSAT exam slot. Candidates who will register  for the IBSAT 2025 exam, can download the admit card tentatively from October 2025. IBSAT 2024 admit card is an important identity document which has to be shown on the day of the examination. The details mentioned on the IBSAT admit card marks the eligibility of the candidate. To help in test taker's identification, the following details will be mentioned on the IBSAT 2024 admit card:

IBSAT 2024 exam will be conducted in online proctored mode. In this mode of examination candidates will be able to take the exam form their own laptops/desktops at their convenience. In such a case, no test taker shall be allowed to keep with him/her any book, study material, handwritten or printed notes, headphone, mobile phone, pager, earphone, digital diary, calculator, bluetooth device, laptop, palmtop, smart watch, health band or any other electronic device or gadget. Also, candidates are also not allowed to use pen/pencil and paper for the IBSAT online test. No person, other than the IBSAT registered candidate, shall be present for the test. Candidate should not talk to any one during the test or read questions / answers aloud. If found, such candidates will be disqualified.
