IBSAT Admit Card 2026: Direct Link, Slot Booking How to Book Exam Slot @general.ibsindia.org

The last date to submit the IBSAT application form 2026 will be notified on release of official notification. IBSAT registrations 2026 is expected to end in third week of December 2026. Candidates can pay the application fee online or offline at IBS campus.

ICFAI Business School will release the IBSAT admit card 2026 online at ibsindia.org. Candidates who will register for IBSAT exam must first book the exam slot and admit card will be generated soon after. Candidates can download the IBSAT 2026 admit card in online mode only.

ICFAI Business School does not conduct IBSAT exam in offline mode or at designated exam centres. IBSAT exam is held in remote proctored mode. Candidates can select the provided exam dates and slot timing to appear for exam online from home or any comfortable location of their choice.

To download the IBSAT admit card 2026, candidate must book exam slot. IBSAT 2026 slot booking window will open in October. Only registered candidates can book exam slot online. Only candidates who will book the IBSAT exam slot can download the admit card after the confirmation. To download the IBSAT 2026 admit card:

• Register for IBSAT exam on or before third week of December
• Book the exam slot when the window is activated
• Download the admit card
• Appear for IBSAT exam on booked date and time.

IBSAT 2026 admit card will be released tentatively in October 2026. Registered candidates will be able to download the IBSAT admit card online. IBS will release the admit card along with the commencement of IBSAT 2026 slot booking. Soon after booking the IBSAT 2026 slot, candidates can download the admit card online at general.ibsinida.org.

IBSAT 2026 application process last date will be updated on release of official notification. As per the ICFAI Business School official notification, the registrations will end in third week of December 2026. Candidates can fill the IBSAT registration form in online and offline modes. The registration process will commence on July 1 at general.ibsindia.org.

Candidates must enter their personal details to create login credentials and fill the application form. For successful registration, candidates must ensure to pay the IBSAT application fee of INR 1800. Candidates who registered successfully, along with the payment of the application fee, will be able to book an exam slot and download the admit card online.

IBSAT 2025 admit card is available for download at ibsindia.org. Candidates who registered for the IBSAT exam can book the exam slot and download admit card till the date of examination. Candidates must make sure to keep IBSAT admit card for the complete admission process. Candidates will not be able to download the IBSAT admit card soon after the exam is concluded. The IBSAT admit card is an important document required for the verification process on exam day. Candidates will not be allowed to take the exam without IBSAT admit card.

Incase candidates are unable to book IBSAT exam slot, they must check the internet connection and login again and try booking the IBSAT 2026 exam slot again. Or student immediately contact at IBS  office helpline number- +91–040–2344 0963/62/61/60 on working days.

IBSAT 2026 admit card can be re-downloaded till the date of examination. Only candidates who will register for the IBSAT exam and book the slot will be able to download the admit card when released online. In case candidates have misplaced or lost the IBSAT admit card, they can re-visit the ICFAI Business School official website and re-login with the credentials- Application number and password. To re-download the IBSAT admit card candidates should check the steps mentioned below:

No, ICFAI Business School will not issue the hard copy of the IBSAT admit cards. Candidates who will register for the IBSAT 2026 examination must download the admit card online. The IBSAT 2026 admit card can be downloaded by entering the login credentials and booking the IBSAT exam slot. Candidates who will register  for the IBSAT 2026 exam, can download the admit card tentatively from October 2026. Candidates should save and download the IBSAT 2026 admit card on the desktop from which the candidate will be appearing for the exam. Also, candidates must take the printout of the IBSAT admit card to show during the IBSAT exam for the verification process.

IBSAT 2026 exam date has not been announced yet. ICFAI Business School will announce the IBSAT exam date 2026 with the release of official notification. It is expected that IBSAT exam 2026 will be held in last week of December 2026 in remote proctored mode.

ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test (IBSAT) 2025 exam will be held in remote proctored mode in last week of December. The exam is conducted in a two days window wherein, candidates can book the exam slot as per their preference. On the day of the examination, candidates must keep with them the following original documents ready for verification process during the remote proctored examination:

• Admit Card
• Keep any of the documents handy for identity verification by the Remote Proctors for securing appearance in the IBSAT exam, failing which candidates shall not be allowed to take the exam. Candidates will not be allowed to keep any other document with them other than IBSAT 2025 admit card and any one original identity card issued by the Government departments viz. 
  • Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • PAN Card
  • UID Aadhaar Card
  • Voter Card 

In case of any incorrect information or missing details in the IBSAT admit card, candidates must report at the IBS admission helpdesk immediately. Candidates can call at admission care or register their complaint by sending an email. IBSAT 2026 admit card will mention the details like- name of the candidate, registration number, category, date of birth, gender, programme details, date of exam, time, declaration and important guidelines for online exam. 

Incase if any discrepancy or mismatch in IBSAT admit card details in comparison to the actual document will lead to disqualification of the candidate for future IBSAT examination process. Still, if candidates find any discrepancy in IBSAT 2026 admit card they must immediately contact at the helpline number of the ICFAI Business School (IBS). IBSAT 2026 slot booking window is open. Only registered candidates can book exam slot following below steps:

1. Visit official website of IBS and login
2. Click on tab ‘Schedule IBSAT’
3. Click on tab ‘Book a seat’
4. Enter the following details:
   • Test name
   • City
   • Date
   • Test centre name
   • Test centre address
5. Select suitable exam timing
6. Candidates will be given 1 minute to confirm
7. Screen will now display candidate and examination details.
8. Download IBSAT admit card.

IBSAT 2026 exam will be conducted in online proctored mode. In this mode of examination candidates will be able to take the exam form their own laptops/desktops at their convenience. In such a case, no test taker shall be allowed to keep with him/her any book, study material, handwritten or printed notes, headphone, mobile phone, pager, earphone, digital diary, calculator, bluetooth device, laptop, palmtop, smart watch, health band or any other electronic device or gadget. Also, candidates are also not allowed to use pen/pencil and paper for the IBSAT online test. No person, other than the IBSAT registered candidate, shall be present for the test. Candidate should not talk to any one during the test or read questions / answers aloud. If found, such candidates will be disqualified.

ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad releases the IBSAT cutoff along with the declaration of results. The minimum required IBSAT cutoff scores for getting a GD/PI call scheduled at IBS Hyderabad is given below: 1. CAT & XAT 60 percentile and above 2. GMAT 500 + 3. NMAT by GMACTM 150+ The minimum cutoff score for INR 2 Lacs scholarship eligibility criteria is 1. CAT Top 75 candidates with a minimum score of 90 percentile and above 2. XAT Top 25 candidates with a minimum score of 80 percentile and above 3. GMAT TM Top 25 candidates with a minimum score of 550 and above 4. NMAT by GMAC TM Top 100 candidates with a minimum score of 225 and above. Candidates will be able to check the updates cutoff score on release of the IBSAT score. The IBSAT 2023 results are expected to be announced in last week of December 2023.

Candidates find the exam easy of difficult based on their prep level. The syllabus for MBA entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, MAT, NMAT, SNAP, and CMATis mostly the same, with some minor differences.

IBSAT eligibility criteria refers to the minimum qualifications required to appear for the exam. Candidates must ensure to fulfill the prescribed criteria to appear for the IBSAT exam. Candidates failing to meet the eligibility criteria, their candidature will stand cancelled. Check the IBSAT eligibility criteria below:

• Passed a graduate degree of minimum of three-year or four-year duration from any recognised institute or university i.e. completion of formal education under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern.
• Obtained at least 50% marks in their bachelor's degree examination (final year).
• Candidates in the final year of their graduation degree are also eligible for the IBSAT exam, however, they must complete their graduation (all exams practical as well as theory papers) on or before May 31, 2026. Admission status of such candidates will be provisional until and unless they submit their Bachelor degree mark sheets to prove their eligibility for IBSAT 2026.

IBS will begin the IBSAT 2025 slot booking in first week of October 2025. Registered candidates will be able to book the exam slot and download the online IBSAT admit card once the window is open. IBSAT 2025 registration will end tentatively in third week of December 2025.

Candidates can save and change the information in the IBSAT application form before the payment of the application form. Once the application form is submitted candidates will not be able to edit or change the personal information. There will be no provision for an application form correction window. Candidates are advised to enter the details carefully while filling the application form. Candidates must note that they can enter their CAT or relevant MBA entrance exam scores after submitting the application form. 

IBSAT 2026 registrations will commence on July 01, 2026. The last date of registration for IBSAT 2026 will be notified. Only candidates who completed the IBSAT registration form along with the payment of the application fee will be able to appear for the exam.

If students are found not obeying rules of examination or trying to practice unfair means, they will be disqualified from the examination. The system will find any kind of unusual movements and will notify the online proctor for:
