ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test 2025 ( IBSAT )
IBSAT 2026 registration will commence on July 1 at ibsindia.org. Students seeking admission to MBA/PGPM programme of IBS must fill online application form. IBSAT 2026
IBSAT 2026 registration will commence on July 1 at ibsindia.org. Students desireous of taking admission to MBA/PGPM programe of IBS campus must fill online application form before last date. IBSAT 2026 application form last date will be notified. Students can apply for IBS admission 2027 through CAT, MAT, NMAT by GMAC and GMAT scores. The IBSAT 2026 exam will be scheduled in the last week of December 2026. Registered candidates will be able to book IBSAT exam slot and download admit card online. Candidates shortlisted for IBS admission 2026 will be required to participate in the selection rounds.

As per IBSAT exam pattern, the marking scheme for IBSAT is as follows:
- One mark for each correct answer
- No marks for wrong answers
Based on score obtained by candidates in IBSAT exam, they are shortlisted for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.

IBSAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates aspiring to get admission to the MBA/PGDM programmes offered at IBS campuses will be required to meet the prescribed IBSAT 2026 eligibility criteria. Applicants who do not satisfy the eligibility requirements may not be considered for admission.
- Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks.
- Applicants who have not completed their graduation in the English medium will be required to submit valid TOEFL, IELTS or NELT scores.
- Final-year undergraduate students will also be eligible to apply for IBSAT 2026, subject to completion of graduation within the stipulated timeline.
- Candidates possessing valid GMAT, CAT or NMAT by GMAC scores will be exempted from appearing for the IBSAT 2026 exam and can directly apply for the IBS selection process.
IBSAT 2026 Registration
The IBSAT 2026 registration process will be the first and most important step for candidates seeking admission to MBA programmes at IBS campuses. The application form is expected to commence on July 01, 2026 at ibsindia.org.
Candidates will be required to complete the online IBSAT 2026 application form and pay the prescribed application fee of INR 1,800 on or before the last date. The IBSAT 2026 registration window is expected to remain open until third week of December 2026, after which no applications will be accepted.
For admission to ICFAI Business School, candidates must meet the overall cutoff criteria specified for CAT, XAT, GMAT and IBSAT. Based on the cutoff criteria, candidates will be shortlisted for the micro presentation and personal interview rounds. Candidates who are shortlisted through IBSAT scores will be notified on their registered email ID or SMS. Whereas, candidates applying through other national level entrance score, must meet the below criteria:
- CAT and XAT: 60 percentile and above
- GMAT: 500+
- NMAT by GMAC: 150+
IBSAT 2025 cutoff is decided based on following:
- Total number of students appeared for exam
- Difficulty level of exam
- Number of seats in course and college

IBSAT 2026 Result
ICFAI Business School will declare the IBSAT 2026 result online at ibsindia.org. The result is expected to be announced in the last week of December 2026. To download the IBSAT scorecard, candidates must log in using their application number and password. Based on the IBSAT 2026 score, candidates will be shortlisted for the Micro Presentation and Personal Interview rounds. During the selection rounds, candidates will be evaluated on parameters such as communication skills, leadership potential, clarity of thought, negotiation ability and positive attitude.
IBSAT 2026 Selection Process
IBS will conduct the IBSAT 2026 selection rounds, including Personal Interview and Micro Presentation, tentatively from February 14 to February 22, 2027, at the IBS Hyderabad campus. Candidates shortlisted through IBSAT, CAT, NMAT, XAT or GMAT scores must attend the selection briefing and subsequent selection rounds as per the allotted date and time. IBSAT selection briefing sessions are expected to be held between January 10 and January 24, 2027, and venue details will be released by IBS on its official website.
IBSAT 2026 Cut-off (Expected)
The IBSAT 2026 cut-off will be released after the declaration of results. Candidates meeting the prescribed cut-off will be shortlisted for the selection rounds. IBSAT cut-offs are released separately for all IBS campuses, including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Dehradun, Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Kolkata.
