The IBSAT mock test 2026 dates have been announced. IBSAT is a national-level management entrance exam conducted by ICFAI Foundation once a year for admissions into MBA/PGDM courses.
This year, the IBSAT exam is likely to take place in December 2026. Before the IBSAT exam 2026, the IBSAT committee has announced six mock test dates for IBSAT aspirants. The mock tests act as a replica of the official IBSAT exam and help the candidates to understand the exam pattern, difficulty level, and time management of the actual IBSAT exam.
Candidates who are appearing for the IBSAT exam 2026 are suggested to give these mock tests so that they can prepare accordingly for the final examination to be held.

Note: All these mock tests are free of cost. However, if you wish to unlock two more mock tests for yourself, then you need to fill out the IBSAT application form along with the fees for the IPMAT exam 2026 (to be held in December).
IBSAT mock test registration
Mock test registration has been opened on the official website of IBS. You can fill out the registration form at your earliest convenience. In the registration form, your name, graduation year, and basic contact details need to be filled out.

The format of the IBSAT exam, along with question weightage, is mentioned below:

The test will be conducted in English. There are a total of 140 questions from 4 different sections that need to be completed in 120 minutes. However, there is no negative marking or sectional time limit in the exam.
IBSAT exam eligibility
The eligibility criteria for the IBSAT exam are provided below:

The candidate needs to be a legal Indian resident.

The graduation year of the aspirant must be 2025, 2026, or 2027.

The candidate must have scored at least 50% in their graduation.

Employees, staff, or official individuals associated with ICFAI along with their immediate families are not eligible.

IBSAT Mock test 2026 rules
Here are some of the rules for the IBSAT mock test:

IBSAT is a remote proctored test taken via Zoom; hence, proper internet access is needed.

Consent to video recording during the exam needs to be given by the candidate.

Video needs to be kept on throughout the examination.

A valid email address is required as it acts as a primary way of communication between the candidate and the exam-conducting body.

If the candidate is found cheating during the exam, they’ll be disqualified on an immediate basis.
-
If the candidate faces any kind of issues with the internet connection during the exam, he/she will be solely responsible for the same.
IBSAT mock test prizes
IBSAT National Mock Test candidates who appear in the top 100 rank list will be getting cash prizes:

The first prize is ₹2,00,000
-
The second prize is ₹1,00,000
-
The third prize is ₹50,000
-
From fourth to hundredth position, the winners will receive ₹5000 each.
IBSAT mock test Winner announcement
The winner list will be announced within 20 days after the final mock test date, i.e, December 9, 2026. The prizes will be given only after verifying the year of passing, educational certifications, and confirming that the individual has graduated with at least 50% marks.
In case of a tie between two or three winners, then the individual who took the test on the earliest mock test date will be given the prize. However, if they have taken the test on the same day, then the one who completed the test in the shortest duration will be rewarded.

Winner notification: The winners will be notified via e-mail, which they need to acknowledge within 5 business days. If not, the next eligible candidate will be taken into consideration for the prize.

Prize distribution: In January 2027, during the selection briefing meeting of IBS, prizes will be distributed to winners.

IBS Mumbai conducts IBSAT exam for admission into PGPM programme. However, the college also considers valid score of other entrance exams such as: CAT/XAT/NMAT/GMAT. So, IBSAT is not compulsory dor PGPM admission.
