It entirely depends on counseling and your sastra rank. But based on previous results you have chance in getting in sastra but cannot expect the software course.

I want to apply for the B.Arch. Course in IIT, is it compulsory to write JEE Mains or is can I just give NATA and JEE-2 paper.

Yes, you should qualify JEE, after that you will get IIT. Either you have to look for some best university like BITS, CU MOHALI.
