Hello Samriddhi Gupta, I would like to advise you to download the specially designed college predictor of Shiksha for JEE Mains examination. Once you fill in details viz rank, catagory etc. , it will give you probable colleges and branches that you are likely to get. Of other aspect, detail answer is required that is beyond scope here. However there are enough videos on YouTube that you can refer about procedure. Best wishes to you.

Hello uzma Parveen, the best way to find out whether the given ranking will get student the branch and the college of his desire is to download college predictor for this exam from Shiksha portal. You can then fill up your ranking and find out for yourself where one stands. However in the present situation it looks like as only academic interest since 2 months have lapsed from posting of this query and I am sure you would be studying in one of the colleges of your choice. Best wishes to you.

Chances for getting in NIT or IIIT via JoSAA is too low for this rank bracket. You can try for other good colleges.

You should choose state colleges as you will be getting better specializations over there.

If your JEE Mains OBC rank is 45001 then you should apply for 2nd tier college because at this rank you are eligible for NIT college and the best colleges are BR. Ambedkar College and Kurukshetra college as this is best colleges.
