AGRICET 2025 application process started on July 11, 2025, as per the previous year's trends.  The deadline to edit and submit the application form for the AGRICET 2025 Exam was July 27, 2025. The AGRICET 2025 Exam was conducted on August 18, 2025.

How To Apply For AGRICET 2025

Step-by-step process on how to apply for AGRICET 2025.

  1. Visit the  website of AGRICET- The link will be provided soon
  2. Click on ‘Apply Now for AGRICET’.
  3. Fill up all the personal and academic details as mentioned on the AGRICET application form.
  4. Upload the images according to the size and dimension mentioned on the application form.
  5. Once the formalities have been completed, proceed to pay the application fee via online mode.
  6. Once the application fee has been submitted, and will receive a confirmation on their registered mobile numbers and email IDs.
  7. After successful completion of online submission of application, students must send the hardcopy of the submitted ONLINE application along with the required documents (by Regd. Q:   Explain the eligibility criteria to apply for AGRICET?
A: 

AGRICET eligibility criteria state that the candidates must have completed a 2-year Diploma degree in either Agriculture, Seed Technology, or Organic Farming courses. It must be done from a recognised university/college. Students currently pursuing a Diploma can also apply. A minimum age of 17 years and a maximum age limit of 22 years is mandatory as of December 31, 2025 for the general category. Age relaxation has been granted to reserved category applicants.

No matter from which category one belong to, the AGRICET application form is the same for all category students. Only the application fee amount differs as per the candidate category. Candidates are suggested to read the instructions carefully before filling out the form.

Documents Required for AGRICET Application Form 2025

The following list of documents needs to be attached to the hard copy of the application form::

Hard copy of online submitted Application form Proof of Age (Birth certificate/Xerox copy of SSC certificate)
Attested copy of the marks statement of SSC Marks memorandum cum pass certificate of Diploma Course (or) Course Completion Certificate of Diploma issued by the Principal of the Polytechnic. 
Latest Conduct certificate issued by the Head of the Institute last attended indicating that he/she has never been found guilty of misconduct during the study period and never been fined and punished. Payment acknowledgement (Transaction ID/UTR) paid through online for INR 1400/- for General and INR 700/- in case of SC/ST/PH candidates (or) in the event of late fee paid INR 2,800/- (INR 1400/- in case of SC/ST/PH).
Proof of local status (last 7 years) through study or residence certificate. One self attested passport size photograph.
Certificate issued by the concerned authorities in the case of Special categories like PH, NCC,Sports and CAP. Latest Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST/BCs) issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer (not older than 6 months).

Note: Students are informed that submission of a hard copy of the online applications along with the necessary documents is important. In the absence of it, students will not be eligible for the counseling process."

Q:   Is there any option to correct mistakes in the AGRICET application form?

Yes, candidates should know that there is a correction window which is opened for two days. Candidates need to edit details in their form, within the timeline. Once the AGRICET Correction window closes, no further changes will be allowed, so candidates must fill out the form correctly.

Q:   Do we get a refund for application fee if a candidate does not appear for AGRICET?
A: 

In case a candidates filled the application form and submitted the application fee but he/she does not appear or the exam then the AGRICET application fee is non-refundable. As per the information available on the official website, application fee refunds will not be entertained.
