AGRICET exam pattern 2025 for this year's academic session was released along with the AGRICET 2025 exam notification in the information brochure. As per the previous year's trend, the AGRICET pattern remains the same as last year.

Candidates planning to prepare for the exam must familiarise themselves with the latest pattern available. It will help them understand the structure of the AGRICET question paper and marking scheme. The AGRICET syllabus 2025 is prescribed by the Acharya N.G. Agricultural University (ANGRAU).

The test structure is based on similar entrance exams, having multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be solved within a particular time duration. The AGRICET exam will be followed by the counselling process. AGRICET exam paper consists of 120 Multiple Choice Questions. The candidates shall have to answer in online mode. A brief about the same is given below:

Q. How many times is AGRICET exam conducted in a year?

A. AGRICET exam is conducted once every year for offering admission to four years BSc (Hons) Agriculture Degree Programme

Q. Does AGRICET exam has negative marking?

A. No, there is no negative marking in the exam. Hence, candidates are advised to attempt all the questions in exah section.

Q. Can I use calculator during the exam, if needed?

A. Carrying of calculators, Log Tables, Cell Phones, any other electronic gadgets and loose papers into the examination hall is strictly prohibited.

Q. Is there any sectional time limit in the exam?

A. No, there is no sectional time limit for the exam. However, candidates are advised to practice the sample papers while preparing for the exam.

Q. Can I answer the question as per my choice?

A. Yes, candidates can answer the questions as per their preference or choice.

Q. How much marks will be deducted if I skip a question in AGRICET?

A. There is no deduction of marks for question not attempted in AGRICET. The candidates can safely skip a question if they do not know the correct answer. They will be marked zero for skipping the question.

Q. How many MCQs are asked in the AGRICET exam?

A. The AGRICET exam will have maximum 120 questions in MCQ format.

A. The AGRICET exam will be held in thirteen test cities across the state.
