AMU BPEd Eligibility & Highlights 2025
Aligarh Muslim University B.P.Ed is a full time course. It runs for two years. Admissions are done through a Physical Fitness & Skill Test conducted by the department. This test is held offline at the campus. Students must be at least 27 years old to apply for this course
Moreover, the highest achievement certificate in sports from three previous academic sessions will also be considered for B.P.Ed admission. Students need to produce the medical fitness certificate from the registered Medical Officer and the highest achievement certificate in sports in original at the time of the physical fitness test. Minimum eligibility criteria of AMU B.P.Ed:
Eligibility: Passed a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks. Also, should have participated in Inter-College/ Inter-Zonal / District / School competition in sports and games. Those who do not have this should have done a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with a minimum of 5% marks or a bachelor’s in any discipline with 45% marks and studied physical education as a compulsory elective subject.

AMU B.P.Ed Application Process 2025
Aligarh Muslim University BPEd admission aspirants can apply in online mode. Students must visit the official website of the University i.e. www.amucontrollerexams.com to apply for AMU UG, PG, PhD, Diploma and Certificate courses. Given below is the step-wise AMU application process for B.P.Ed admission:
1: Visit the official website of Aligarh Muslim University and register yourself.
2: Fill in the application form with all the mandatory details.
3: Upload all the required documents.
4: Pay the application fee of INR 600 and click on the 'submit' button.
Documents Required at the Time of Admission Process
- Marks sheet/grade sheet of qualifying examination (with FOUR Self-attested photocopies)
- Transfer / Migration and Character Certificate from the Institution last attended (if not enrolled at AMU)
- Class 10, 12 & graduation certificate or its equivalent in support of the date of birth.
- FIVE (2.5 x 3.0 cms) recent front-facing colour photographs (in white background).
- Documents in support of Special Categories claimed in Application Form
- Two undertakings on plain paper – one on your behalf and the other on behalf of your parents/ guardian regarding not indulging in ragging
