AMU is a dream campus for any student.
Placements: Approximately 80% of the students got placements through the campus. Some students opt for a PhD, and in the end, every student got placed somehow either from campus or from off-campus. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. TCS, Wipro and Genpact are top recruiting companies. A software developer is a top role offered.
Infrastructure: AMU's infrastructure is one of the best among top universities. It has Asia's largest library. Labs and classrooms are equally good. The quality of food in hostels is good. AMU has its own hospital named JNMC, which is a top-class medical college. AMU has every sports facility within the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are equally good, qualified, knowledgeable and experienced. Teaching quality is excellent. Still, more focus should be given to delivering practical knowledge and industry knowledge to the students. This course makes students industry-ready for sure.
Other: I want to be a software developer, so I have chosen this course. More focus should be on practical knowledge rather than teaching theory only. The campus crowd is amazing.

Review of AMU - Aligarh Muslim University.
Placements: Placements in our college are very good. The strength of PG course is 60 students, and about 45-50 students get placed easily. Every year lots of companies visit here and recruit freshers, and those companies are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, ZMQ, etc. The highest salary package offered here is 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our classroom is much better. There are smart classrooms with minimum strength and good teachers. Our college is completely equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, and there is a huge and well-maintained computer lab. Our college has its own huge seminar library, and every kind of book is available there. Students can avail those benefits at any time.
Faculty: Teachers here are very much cooperative and helpful. They do not discriminate against students based on their seniority and treat all students equally. They are very punctual in their class, and highly qualified teachers are the main part of our college. They used to interact with students in the classroom and make them aware of their future life.

The placements in 2019 were good, and the infrastructure is superb.
Placements: As per my knowledge, about 80% of students from the last MCA batch were placed. The highest average package offered to the students of MCA is 5.5 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Mahindra, Technosoft etc. About 70% of students got internships from this course. The top roles offered in this course are software engineer, data scientist etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are awesome. As it is a central university, there is no shortage of funds. Wi-Fi facility is available in the department as well as the library. There are AC classrooms and a seminal library in the department. The facilities in the hostel are good, along with Wi-Fi facility. The mess is appropriate with proper hygiene. We have AMU JN medical college for medical facilities, and there is also a health center on campus.
Faculty: The faculty members are quite average. They are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is okay. Due to covid, online classes are going on, and they are not so interactive. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students completely industry-ready.

I am highly satisfied with admission into this college because of all departments and teachers.
Placements: Approximately 80% of the students got an internship from this course. Students are eligible for internships from their final year of post-graduation. Internships can help students to increase their skills. There is a large scope of computer applications in the whole world, so opportunities are also increasing. Students of the topmost university are selected.
Infrastructure: Lots of facilities are provided by the department or university. Our university has the largest library in Asia, which provides lots of books, knowledgeable articles and journals, which can help students more. Classrooms are very clean and very settled. All department have their separate library, which has books and journals related to their course.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and they are always ready to help students. They are very knowledgeable, and all teachers are generally NET and JRF qualified. Teachers always provide good knowledge about our subject, and they provide great training to students, which help in increasing the ability for working.
Other: I have chosen this course because I have an interest in computer applications, and there is much scope for computer applications. The pass-out batch is always confident about their work and jobs. They also motivate juniors by suggesting their experience.

India's number 1 central government university.
Placements: Many students got the placement in TCS, Wipro, and other private companies. Other than this, many students are in foreign countries like USA, Australia, and China. The companies are hiring the students of our University at a high package. Rather than this, the internship programs run and workshop on the computer programming languages.
Infrastructure: The university has a separate department of computer science followed by the computer centre. Every student has its student login ID from which he/she can access the internet facility of the campus. The seminar library is in the department from where the student can issue or read the books in the reading room.
Faculty: The chairman and the dean of the department are helpful. They try their best for us. Professors and assistant professors take the lecture and even from guest faculty ( mostly research scholars ). They teach the latest mode of the technology of computer science and practicals are held every day for developing the skills practically rather than theory. Statistics, computer science, and mathematics are the subjects in BCA (Hons) and later MCA of 2 years.
Other: The training and placement officers organise events of worship like ethical hacking, etc. The maximum intake of students in bachelor level is 50. The university has the largest library of Asia known to be Maulana Azaad library. The cultural educational clubs are there for enhancing our skills.

We all are Alig because we study in AMU.
Placements: The placement and job opportunities are good. MCA students get a good opportunity to mingle with the engineering candidates and go through the placements. We have TCS, Accenture, Hughes, Bharti Airtel, Persistent and many other companies on the campus. They offer a handsome package and at our time, it started with 3.2 lacs. I think campus and off-campus placements of AMU are decent. Almost all the students find a good job in MNCs or at least service-based companies. The salaries offered range from 2 lacs per annum to as high as 15 lacs per annum. Companies like TCS, HCL, etc. visit the engineering college.
Infrastructure: The campus life is a treat for all the students. The infrastructure of AMU is quite huge and has got all the facilities one can think of. It is to be noted that students of various caste, creed, sex are here for the education and it has got a healthy environment unlike what media reports. The females under graduation have got a separate campus, which is very secure with all the amenities. The faculty is huge and supported by a great infrastructure of computer centre. The lecture theaters are also great and have the necessary equipment. The labs are all well equipped with all the facilities and instructors. It is fully air-conditioned.
Faculty: All the teachers are amazing. They are like an ocean of knowledge. All the teachers support the students in every way possible. Not only in studies but also in any problem that is faced by any student. They teach in an efficient way by giving the subject related videos and presentations.
Other: The campus life is the best life. No teasing. Seniors are like brothers and teachers are like parents. There are hostel-wise workshops, hall-wise seminars, and branch, course, and university level fests. Very good in extracurricular activities. AMU is a university that every student can dream to get enrolled in. Being a historical university with a quality education in every field, it has given birth to many famous personalities under its guardianship. Even Saini, Katariya (Ranji players) are students. You can imagine that Jawed Akhtar the famous movie writer, Naseeruddin Shah, Lala Amarnath and other countries' PMs were the students of AMU. I think this is the best place to study from.
