    Really good academics and facilities.
Placements: There was no significant on-campus placement, but the college gives priority to AMU students everywhere. The highest package offered in our course was 12 LPA. The average package was around 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were India Today, ABP News, and Bhaskar, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course were extremely good. The Maulana Azad Library was present on the university campus. The hostel was decent. All essential facilities like fresh drinking water, clean washrooms, and a geyser were available. Canteen and mess food were available. Multiple sports complexes were present.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of our faculty members was extremely good, they gave holistic development. The course curriculum was relevant. There were so many events organized so students could get industry exposure and real-life work. The semester exam was a little tough.

I am dissatisfied with placements. I am happy about living here and enjoying a campus life.
Placements: One or two students from each course got placement which is pathetic. The package is 4 LPA. We have to apply for companies on our own. The training and placement cell is pathetic here. At Aligarh Muslim University, they did not do their work well.
Infrastructure: Each hostel has its own reading room with air-conditioning. It has high-speed Wi-Fi for AMU students. The reading room is open daily from 10 in the morning to 12 in the night. Food in the mess is of good quality and at a very low cost of Rs. 1,800 per month. Hostels do have Wi-Fi and water filters.
Faculty: Teachers are good and helpful. It aims to bring faculty members from foreign universities every semester. We will not pass the exam if we don't study properly. I know almost half of my class fails at least in one subject, so exams are hard.
Other: My brother recommended this course to me as there are only some universities that have this program for teaching Chinese. The scope is good in the job market, so I chose this course.

Extremely satisfied with the overall facilities and experience of the course and faculty.
Placements: Almost all the students got placed, leaving only those who chose not to teach after studying. Salaries offered to them range from 15k to 90k per month. Leading universities and colleges were the main recruiting institutes. Internships were done by all the students as an academic paper. The role of teaching is the primary role other than the rest of the job opportunities.
Infrastructure: Facilities such as Wi-Fi and smart classrooms equipped with projectors and speakers, a language lab, conference rooms and a library are provided. As for hostels, shared rooms with beds and other necessary requirements are given. Prayer rooms, dining halls, reading rooms, a common hall, a gym, an ATM, etc. are the facilities provided to the residents.
Faculty: The curriculum, syllabus and whole teaching are practical in nature. Career counselling with companies offering placement is exposed to students. Mid-semester and end-semester are helpful to achieve expectations; they actually shape the objectives of students.
Other: I chose this course because of it's career opportunity and my interest. This course should be made available at each university since English has become the global language. Events regarding the course occur to enlighten students. Scholarships and digital aids are offered by the department. There's a literary society that helps improve the literary and language skills of students. Students get certificates to improve their credentials.

    Department of Psychology is good.
Placements: Studying B.A. Hons Psychology (girls) at AMU. Around 50 percent placements. Top recruiters are NGOs and schools. The highest package at 6 LPA, the lowest 3LPA, Average 4.5 LPA. About 30 percent got internships in clinics and NGOs.
Infrastructure: The Facilities for B.A. Hons Psychology at AMU are generally good. Well-equipped classrooms, library, and wi-fi. Hostel facilities are satisfactory, food quality in mess and canteen is average. Medical services available but needs improvement. Sports and facilities are limited for girls.
Faculty: The faculty exhibited knowledge and were helpful; though industry insights varied. Teaching quality was worthy. Curriculum relevance was good, but more practical insights would be enhanced. Semester exams are the notes given by teachers and they are enough for scoring good.

Aligarh Muslim University is one of the esteemed universities in India.
Placements: As of now no one has been placed as we have not completed our course. 90% of the students of my class are doing their internship in government companies, non-government companies, NGOs, schools, and IT companies. There have been offers for creative writing, social marketing, teaching, web development etc.
Infrastructure: Our department has access to internet connection- Wi-Fi and ethernet. We have a seminar library where thousands of books can be found and we also have a central library named Moulana Azad Library which is ISO certified and has the Asia's second the largest collection of books. We have classrooms well furnished with smart class facilities.
Faculty: We have the best, highly educated, and experienced professors and assistant professors. Most of the teachers are UGC NET qualified and have experience of more than 20 years. We have professors who have links with the reputed agencies. They are very helpful.
Other: I chose this course as I was very much interested in literature. My love for reading novels and articles influenced me to continue with English literature. The best thing about this course is I come to know about different cultures and the happenings of the society. According to me, English literature or any other literature is a sea of knowledge. So we should get more time for our course as right now after the COVID-19, we have semester which is of only 3 months. We have a whole lot of programmes organized in our department.

It is the best place to improve your career.
Placements: Students of AMU are not at all lucky in terms of having campus placements. I suggest that our university should work on providing campus placements as it is one of the most important things to improve students career. None of our classmates got a job through campus placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university is good. I did my graduation and post-graduation from AMU, and I did not find any problem regarding infrastructure. If there's any problem, then the concerned team members who take care of all these things will make sure that it will be proper.
Faculty: Learning is excellent here, so students are very lucky to get admission in AMU. The syllabus is according to the course, and you will find every faculty member is educated in their specialised subject in our university. I am very proud to be a part of AMU.
Other: I did PG in mass communication, and I got this course by chance. However, gradually, I started liking the subject. I wish that our college should make our subject more practical based rather than theory.
