The university offers four-year full-time BE/BTech courses in various specialisations on-campus and through affiliated colleges. In addition, apart from the regular BE degree, Annamalai University also offers part-time BE courses covering four specialisations. BE Lateral entry courses are also available. Annamalai University offers BTech as a 4 year UG-level course with an annual intake of 1080 students. The University offers BTech with a tuition fees ranging from INR 1.5 Lacs to INR 7 Lakh. Admission to any specialisation of BTech, requires for candidates to secure a minimum aggregate of 45% in Class 12 or qualify the eligibility as suggested by Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Govt of Tamil Nadu.
