AIIMS Rishikesh Cutoff 2025: Check NEET UG Category-wise Cutoff Ranks

AIIMS Rishikesh cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the MBBS course at the UG level. The institute accepts the NEET UG entrance exam, followed by NEET UG counselling for admission to the MBBS programme. The cutoff was also released for MD, MS, DM and MCh courses at the PG level based on a valid INI CET score. AIIMS Rishikesh MBBS cutoff 2025 was released as opening and closing ranks across different categories, such as General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS and PWD. For the General AI category students, the admission was closed at a cutoff rank of  816. In the first round, the closing rank for the same MBBS course was 685 in the General category under the AI quota. For the students belonging to the OBC category, the NEET UG first and last round closing ranks for MBBS admission were 1077 and 1104, respectively. Besides NEET UG, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rishikesh, also accepts the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI CET) for selecting students to its MD, MS, MCh and DM courses. INI CET is conducted twice a year, in January and July sessions, by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi. For the students belonging to the General AI category, the INI CET cutoff 2025 last round closing ranks varied between 27 and 8498, wherein the most and least competitive courses for admission were DM in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology and MD in Transfusion Medicine, respectively. For the OBC category candidates, the overall AIIMS INI CET cutoff 2025 was in the range of 150 and 11488. Considering the last round cutoff 2025, the lowest last round closing rank was 150 for DM in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, making it the most challenging for getting a seat at this institute. With the highest last round closing rank of 11488, MD in Biochemistry was the least competitive course for admission at AIIMS Rishikesh.

For MD admission, the INI CET first round closing ranks were in the range of 150 and 6679, while in the last round, the closing ranks were in the range of 150 and 11488. Considering the last round, the most sought-after MD specialisations for admission were MD in General Medicine (150), followed by MD in Anaesthesiology (1588). AIIMS Rishikesh Cutoff 2025: INI CET Cutoff Ranks For SC AI Category

Compared with the General and OBC categories, the INI CET closing ranks for the SC category students for MD in General Medicine were relatively less competitive for admission among the students belonging to the SC category under the AI quota. For the SC category, the INI CET first and last round closing ranks were 1102 for General Medicine, while for the General and OBC categories, the INI CET last round closing ranks were 36 and 176, respectively, for admission. 

For MD in Anaesthesiology as well, the cutoff was comparatively relaxed for the SC category students as compared to the OBC category for admission. Further cutoff-related details are presented below:

AIIMS Rishikesh INI CET cutoff 2025 was released for MD and MS courses among the students belonging to the ST category under the AII India quota. In the first round, for MD in Anaesthesiology and MD in Geriatric Medicine, the INI CET closing ranks were 13233 and 13848, respectively. For admission to the MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, the INI CET first and last round closing rank was 5613. 

For the MD in Geriatric Medicine, the last round closing rank stood at 15421 for AIIMS Rishikesh admission in 2025 for the ST category students. 

AIIMS Rishikesh Cutoff 2025: INI CET Cutoff Ranks For EWS AI Category

Under the EWS category, the INI CET 2025 cutoff was 205 for MD in General Medicine, 317 for MS in Orthopaedics, 2346 for MD in Anaesthesiology and 28858 for MD in Anatomy during the last round of admission. In the first round, the closing rank for MD in General Medicine was 205, for MS in Orthopaedics, it was 317, for MD in Anaesthesiology, the cutoff rank was 2112, and for MD in Anatomy, the INI CET closing rank was 10798. For the PWD category students, the INI CET cutoff 2025 was released for MD in  General Medicine and MD in Paediatrics, with the INI CET closing rank concluded at 35493. This indicates that the seats were filled during Round 1 of admission, showing no change in the cutoff rank in the final round of admission. AIIMS Rishikesh MD in General Medicine cutoff 2025 was closed at a cutoff rank of 35493. For MD in Paediatrics, the admission was closed at a cutoff rank of 48535.
