Exploring the Assam University.
Placements: There are no official college placements, the students are on their own to find a job. There are internships to help the students get experienced. The depth helps every student to get an internship in many government schools like L.P. School and Secondary School. After getting a job, the students can expect a salary of around 40 -50 thousand per month.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is excellent. It is located in a green area, thus in summers, there is not a lot of heat here. The hostel facilities are good and the mess food is excellent. The community of the hostels is very friendly with the freshers.
Faculty: The faculty of the college includes highly qualified professionals. They know what they are doing. They are very much friendly with the students. They are very strict regarding the attendance policy. In case they are unable to take class, they cover the lesson the very next day.

This college is recommended for future educators.
Placements: I am not sure if there were any placements offered. But this course enables students to become a teacher as soon as they graduate. Though it would be helpful for the fresh graduates to have a fixed starting point so that they can have a clear insight on what to do further.
Infrastructure: The hostel is available for the locals as well as non-locals due to the campus being nearly 20 km away from the main town. There are numerous separate hostels for both girls and boys. The food is very affordable for students. The classrooms are well ventilated and have comfortable desks for the learners.
Faculty: The curriculum is well structured with an emphasis on both the honors subject as well as educational papers. The examination pattern is designed so that it is scored by the students. The semester exams aren't so difficult if a student is diligent with the regular classworks and lectures.

It is a good place to study if you want to pursue teaching profession.
Placements: The university doesn't host any placement drives for B.Sc. B.Ed integrated courses. Students usually give exams like TET (Teacher's Eligibility Test) and CTET (Central Teacher's Eligibility Test) for jobs. The education imparted is good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department is very good. The department is a four-storeyed building, having big classrooms and adequate parking space. It has its own auditorium on the top floor and a library on the second floor. The department does not have its own Wi-Fi, but there is Wi-Fi on the campus. There are labs for every subject, but there is a lack of laboratory equipment.
Faculty: The faculty members in this department are very well-qualified. All of them are PhD holders, and as far as I know, most of them pursued their Masters from IITs. The department follows the curriculum under UGC. It is universal. The course is a bit peculiar as it is an integrated course and its duration is four years. The semester exams are hard, but not much tough if you study seriously. Overall, it is a great course if someone wants to pursue teaching as a profession.
Other: It is great to study at Assam University. The atmosphere is very good, and you'll find people very friendly here. Each year, a fest is organised. Fresher's parties are conducted by the respective departments.

Our college is the best in Assam.
Placements: Around 80% of students were placed. The lowest salary package was 4 LPA, and the average salary package was 6 LPA. Placements and internships were offered in many colleges under AUS and in the university also. It teaches us to be good teachers and good people in our society.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good with many rooms and various seating arrangements that have 3 floors. Wi-Fi and laboratory are available. Department library is also available. Hostel facilities are very good and decent. Food provided is above average. There are many canteens near each department. Sports are very common. Many tournaments and competitions are held.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and are very knowledgeable. They are recruited from every part of our country. The course makes the students knowledgeable for the future. Semester exams are conducted very strictly. Exams and courses get difficult when it goes to the higher semester. The pass percentage is 28%.
Other: I am fond of teaching and wanted to be a teacher so chose this course and its very valuable. If there would be audio-visual equipment in each class then it will be very helpful to the students. Department-wise functions and events are very common and are done weekly and very frequently in the auditorium.

Infrastructure and facilities are outstanding, whereas teachers are satisfactory.
Placements: If you clear CTET, then you are surely going to get placed in a school as a teacher. It is quite obvious to get a job after this course as you are eligible to apply for all state TET, and you can also get a job with your core subject. It is quite a good course if you want to become a teacher.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university and departments is quite good. There are all the labs equipped with basic instruments. The college provides Wi-Fi facilities for the students and teachers. There are medical facilities. There is a playground for different games. There is a central library with computer facilities and books for every course.
Faculty: Faculty members for every course are satisfactory. They are from different sections of India. They provide good knowledge. They are quite helpful in every sector. Some teachers are from IITs and NITs, which makes it very easy for students to understand the topics. They also help in real-life problems.
Other: Yearly two fests are conducted here at the mid of even semester. They are named as Auslympic and Auskriti. Many competitions are conducted where students can showcase their talents in games and cultural field.

One of the best University.
Placements: I don't know about the placemen as my department does not have any placement procedures. As far as I know, placements are given to MBA and SCHOOL OF TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT. Placements are done every year. Pharmaceutical Science department is also included on the list of placement.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available in the campus. Wi-Fi is available, have adequate classrooms, has a health center, no separate room for sports items. Infrastructure is quite modest but can be made better. Electricity supply is good, no disturbance throughout the day.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and very helpful. Teachers have their qualified degree, All teachers have higher qualifications. The method they use is the lecture method, demonstrating method. Seminars and assignment are given periodically. Internal exams are taken every month.
Other: Events and fest also takes place in our campus.

Other: One of the best central universities in India, this university offers good courses being taught by experienced and good faculty. MBA and Science are very good here because of the faculty members. It is far from the city but the quietness is very good and the place is lovely.

I am satisfied with curriculum but lack of placements.
Placements: Integrated B.Sc. B.Ed is a highly professional course. Therefore, right after the end of the course students must get jobs. But at AUS there are no campus placements regarding this course. Students need to go for CTET or TET like examinations for jobs in the teaching profession.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not bad but there's a lack of equipment, apparatus, etc. In labs. The faculty is average. Moreover teaching style is more syllabus based rather than knowledge-based. Hostels & medical facilities are not bad. There is no active sports association.
Faculty: Our teachers are undoubtedly very knowledgeable but sometimes it feels like they hesitate to share their knowledge with the students as if they fear losing it. Moreover, the curriculum is outdated. & also after heavy hard work, we don't get enough marks whereas the affiliated colleges under AUS get very good marks.
Other: I have chosen this course just because of its high professionalism. But somehow after taking the course, particularly in AUS, I feel like I should have gone somewhere else, I mean some different institution for this same course. Campus life is really very dull here with the least events & zero extracurricular activities.
