Assam University is a central University that offers MBA courses in two specialisations. The course is for the duration of two years, divided into four semesters, and offered in full-time mode. The university also offers integrated BBA+MBA courses for the duration of five years. The names of the offered specialisations are: MBA in Marketing Management and MBA in Tourism Management. - Extra time: PwD candidates will get extra time of one hour whether such candidates use scribe facilities or not.
Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) released the Assam HS routine 2026. The AHSEC Class 12 exams 2026 will be conducted from Februqary 11 to March 16, 2026. Assam Higher Secondary Board exams are held in two shifts. The first shift exams is held from 9 am to 12 pm and the second shift exams from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The Assam HS examination will commence with English paper and concluded with Advanced Sanskrit papers.

Assam University MBA Admission 2025: How to Apply?
To apply for Assam University admission, those who meet the basic eligibility criteria for MBA courses must complete the online application noticed on Assam University's official website. The list of candidates for the written exam has been published by the university. Further, qualified applicants will be contacted for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview Round after passing the CAT/ CUET-PG/ XAT/ CMAT and the written exam administered by the university's MBA department. Step 1.1: Online registration details are available on the University website.s
Step 1.2: On the landing page (the webpage which opens after clicking on the admission link (https://ausexamination.ac.in/admission), please click on the “Applicant Login” button. New Applicants should click on the blue button indicating “New Applicant? Create a New Account”.
Step 1.3: Choose the desired specialisation of the MBA course from the dropdown menu provided and proceed by clicking the 'Proceed Now' button.
Step 1.4: Fill out the form with all the essential academic and personal details.
Step 1.5: Fill out the details related to the entrance examination, such as type of entrance examination, score cards, etc.
Step 1.6: Include educational credentials and upload a recent photograph along with a signature.
Step 1.7: After attaching all the relevant documents, pay the Assam University MBA application fees, which stand at INR 500 for the General category and INR 300 for SC/ST/PwD candidates. application fees will be paid through the payment gateway. The gateway accepts “Rupay” debit cards, all types of credit cards, Internet Banking and UPI systems.
Step 1.8: Lastly, submit, for submission of the form, filling up “Captcha” is a must.

If candidates forget the Application Number & Password, they can click on “Forget Password”. If a student is weak in a particular subject, they can't use the time as per their need. CAT's Reading Comprehension passages are long and dense unlike other MBA exams. This is one more reason why most candidates feel CAT is tougher than any other MBA entrance exam.
