Everything about BBAU, Lucknow .
Placements: In electrical engineering, placement is not that good compared with other branches like computer engineering, electronics and communication engineering, but you can get a decent placement if you develop your skills. You can even get a 10 LPA package, but the average is 4 to 5 LPA. And almost 30% of students get placed only or sit in the placements.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good and very cheap compared to other universities and the mess is decent—not that bad; you'll get average food there. Yes, the whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. So yes, you get internet and course-related books and items you can get in the library.
Faculty: Teachers are good and helpful; they'll help you with everything related to your course and direct you to how to get a placement but there's a shortage of teachers, which isn't a good thing. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant to industry standards and the teachers tell you what's important and what's just there for the syllabus. And semester exams are moderate; 80 to 85% is the passing percentage.
Other: There are many sports and cultural events that are always happening. If you want to join, then you can apply for the role that you want to. The university campus is very lush and green and it is also not that noisy.

This college empowers students through cutting-edge education and a supportive community.
Placements: Almost 65% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA. The minimum salary package offered was 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are BHEL, PGCIL, NTPC, ONGC, Tata Power, RIL, Havels, and Intel. Around 100% of students got internships at UPPCL and RDSO. The top roles offered are power system engineer, renewable energy engineer, energy manager, project manager, and control system engineer.
Infrastructure: Laboratories are well-equipped. Classrooms are spacious. We also have a lecture hall in this college. Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled 24X7. There is a huge library in our university named Gautam Buddha Library.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is perfect for us to understand every topic easily. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are not tough. The passing percentage is 93-95%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. The course is helpful for a better future. The best thing about this course is that we can gain in-depth knowledge about all the components.

The library of the university is great. The faculty members are an advantage.
Infrastructure: Our college library is very good, and it is in the first place among libraries of all Lucknow colleges. Students can read there 24x7, and there are proper arrangements of all courses' books in our college library. Students can read them and borrow them to their homes through a library card. In our college, ragging is strictly prohibited. I have opted for the hostel named Ashoka Hostel BBAU. Hostel facilities are not bad, or everything is fine like other hostels. The quality of the food served is also good. Lights, fan and water facilities are well managed in all hostels. There are 4 boys' hostels and 3 girls' hostels in Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University. Labs are well-equipped and have a lot of instruments.
Faculty: There are well-trained faculty members in our college to teach students. Now there is an MoU between BBAU and BHU, so the teaching quality is also improved incredibly. In our course, there are very well-trained research teachers to teach me after signing a bond between Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University and BHU. So, there will be an exchange of faculty members from each other, so the quality of teaching is improved. Students also learn good things here.
Other: B.Tech is a good professional course. I feel proud that I have the opportunity to learn this course. The exam structure is also very good, and the research is also praiseworthy here. Overall, everything is best.

Very poor courses are offered by UIET. Even a technical course seems to be an arts course.
Placements: None of the students got placed from our college, and companies which our college invites for placements are fake companies. Students got internships only through their own references, and our college didn't involve in providing them. All students get placed on their own after graduating.
Infrastructure: Our college has below average infrastructure, and there are no proper rooms for laboratories and also no proper sittings arrangements. Proper classrooms are not allocated for all the running courses. However, medical facilities were good, but there is no proper canteen. Proper hygiene is not maintained in the college.
Faculty: Faculty members here were average, and they were temporary faculty members. They used to change every semester, and newly recruited teachers also had very poor teaching experience. However, some teachers were good as they were completed their M.Tech course recently. Higher officials don't give respect to faculty members, and HODs of the department never available in the office.

Review of BBAU - Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University.
Placements: About 75% of the students in our course got placed. The salary offered to the students is Rs. 35,000 per month. It is a very good college of Lucknow in B.Tech. Our department is the best department. Placements in our college are very good compared to other colleges.
Infrastructure: The college provide facilities like Wi-Fi facility, labs classrooms, central library, etc. They provide opportunities for the students.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are the best. They are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is the best.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like this course. In India, now the electrical engineering course is the best. Events and fests are organised by the college. Scholarships are available to the students. Extracurricular activities are conducted here.

Q:   Which is the toughest subject in B.Tech Electrical Engineering course?
A:

The subject that is tough for you might be very easy to study and grasp for your friend, who finds it interesting. For example, you may find Electromagnetic Wave Theory very tough because of the various technicalities and Engineering theory that it deals with. But, for your friend, it might be fun to learn, as it gives them a channel to learn, explore, and experiment with something new.
