    Good infrastructure and teachers.
Placements: BBAU provides no placements for journalism courses though they have an active placement cell which helps students to gain placements in other courses of management. Even there are no internship opportunities for journalism, every student has to gain internship from outside by themselves. The placements here is below average and even for other courses, they get a package of 3 to 4 lakhs only.
Infrastructure: BBAU provides well furnished and well centralised classrooms for its students. They have a central library, an auditorium for various functions, a good canteen with tasty food, medical facilities, sports and games courts and so on. They have a Wi-Fi facility too. The university has separate facilities of hostels for boys and girls, and well-equipped, big grounds. They also have separate labs for studies and experiments.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and as it is a central university, teachers here are of good experience background. They generally teach keeping in mind their experience of industries and the scope and importance of each chapter. Our course was well-designed and we were given practical knowledge about photography, videography and radio jockey which was very useful to us. Though we didn't get industry exposure, it was fun learning in BBAU.

    Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: There is no special provision for placement but they provide you internships which can be fruitful. Rest depends on you and your abilities to crack different jobs. Almost all of the students get to do internship in their last year which is compulsion.
Infrastructure: College has got good infrastructure with a campus stretched beyond 2 kms it has got central library along with open gym, hostel facilities, atm, canteen and all important stuffs are present over there. College has got Wi-Fi system installed with good speed.
Faculty: Teachers of the college are really helpful and can help you in best possible ways and are quite interactive and helping in nature. The quality of education is really good. Ultimately they make you capable to combat in modern day work culture which is good.
    Other: Quite economical college.

A mediocre course with low or no placements.
Placements: In my course so far, nobody has got any internship, and only Accenture came to hire for its BFSI role, which is yet to declare the results. Now, talking about the placements last year, as far as I know, nobody got placed the last time, and only one company came for placements. The last to the last year, the maximum placement was at around 7 LPA, and the average placement was around 3.5 LPA, the lowest being 2.5 LPA, and only a few students were placed (in percentage less than 20%).
Infrastructure: Although the environment is green and good, the campus and classrooms are Wi-Fi enabled, and we have a good enough central library where seats are available except in summer, but seats available in hostels are very less compared to the enrollments. The quality of food available in boys' hostels is sub-standard, but its cost is cheap, and the canteen is very small. There is a health center and an ambulance available. Facilities are available for the gymnasium, and indoor and outdoor games, but not like other central universities, and the main ground is yet to be made. Overall, the university infrastructure is complete.
Faculty: The faculty is average and seriously lacks delivery according to me, although a couple of my professors are really good. Also, some courses are taught by research scholars. The course curriculum is similar to big universities, and it depends upon your hard work if you'll be industry-ready or not, but don't expect much from the faculty. Most scholars here are from rural backgrounds and prepare for government jobs and exams like NET, so expect a similar environment. Exams are not difficult and passable if you regularly attend the classes. Attendance is mandatory and strictly checked by the HOD.
Other: I chose this course to complete my Master's degree and also because I had Economics in my graduation, so it was an obvious choice. The best thing about this course is that you get to understand the economic perspective of things happening around us. Teaching case studies, regular group discussions, and debates can really improve the course; the rest of the things are good. The worst part is the lack of exposure in the university, and there are few events conducted, that too are mired by political protests, and from last year, the annual sports fest has started, and no cultural fest has been hosted so far.

College was pretty fine, value for money, but average compared to good media colleges.
Placements: Hardly 10% of students got placed. The highest package was 3.6 LPA, and the lowest was 2.2 LPA. Only 5 out of 50 students got placement, that too on the professor's personal favors and relations. So, you have to prepare and place yourself by searching for a decent job on your own, otherwise, it is tough here.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and labs were available, but we rarely had lab visits. The hostels were nice with average food. There were many hostels, only students from outside Uttar Pradesh got a hostel here, so be prepared for hostel and mess expenses if you are from Uttar Pradesh itself.
Faculty: The teachers were pretty helpful, and the teaching quality was good. Semester exams were not so difficult, and one can easily pass them with little hindrance, with around 90% pass outs. Just develop skills and don't worry much about marks and academics.
Other: It was a very low fee structure as it is a central university. More lab visits would be good, and that's a good thing.

It depends on several things: which category you belong to (General / OBC / SC etc.), whether it's CUET score or rank, and which round of counselling. But I’ve found some data which gives a rough idea.

In 2023, the cut-off for the Integrated BSc + MSc in Basic Sciences was 62.28, while for the BSc in Life Sciences (Zoology, Botany, Biotechnology) it stood at 93.44. A downward trend was noted in the cut-offs for both programmes compared to previous years.
