Offered by G.S. Mandal's Marathwada Institute of Technology (MIT, Aurangabad)
4.2
4Placements4Infrastructure4Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Best college for core fields. Must consider G.S. Mandal's MIT.
Placements: Great placement assistance. Agriculture has a placement percentage of 66 per cent. The highest package is 19 LPA and 80 LPA across all branches. Tech Mahindra, Jain Irrigation, and Sula Winery are companies for agriculture placements. 70 per cent get an internship, and agriculture engineering-related core roles are offered.
Infrastructure: Best labs, library in the whole city, well-maintained great classrooms, Wi-Fi campus, great hostel for boys and girls. Best food services like mess and cafeteria as well. Various clubs like NCC Sports are also helping to make campus life very good and enjoyable. Great programs like motivation are also held.
Faculty: Great experienced teachers from premier institutes like IIT, NIT. Very industry-related curriculum. Excellent teaching quality. Sem exams are moderate to easy, and the pass percentage is quite high, 77 per cent. Great atmosphere for education and one of the best in the city.
Other: Agriculture engineering is my choice with a great future scope ahead, and farming is very interesting. Many events and fests are held here, in an enjoyable campus overall.

My review of Deogiri Institute of Engineering and Management Studies.
Placements: More than 50% students from DIEMS got placed last year from all over the branches. The placement record of the institute has been consistently improving every year. The highest package offer was around 8 LPA, the average package was 4-5 LPA, and the lowest was 2.5-3 LPA. Several reputed companies visit our campus for recruitment drives. The top companies include Infosys, TCS, Persistent, Cognizant, Wipro, RedHat, Tech Mahindra and Capgemini. In addition to this, around 60% students got internships at well-known companies. The top roles offered to students include positions like Software Developer, Software Engineer, Web Developer.
Infrastructure: The CSE and AIML departments are equipped with modern infrastructure and facilities to support academic and practical learning. The department has a well-classroom. The student also has access to the digital library as well as the normal library. Hostel facilities are comfortable, and the girls' hostel is on the campus itself, with a closing time of 7 pm.
Faculty: The teachers at DIEMS are highly qualified, knowledgeable and supportive. The teaching quality is good, combining theory with practical examples and project-based learning. The course curriculum is relevant, updated with modern technologies and programming skills, helping students to become industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately challenging.
Other: The course is affiliated with DR BATU and approved by AICTE and DTE Maharashtra, but now our college is considered an autonomous college. I chose CSE because of my deep interest in technology and problem-solving. This course provides a strong foundation in computer Science fundamentals and programming languages, data structures, computer networks, and artificial intelligence. We do have highly experienced and supportive professors who guide us in academics as well as in career development. Every semester, encourages mini projects that enhance problem-solving skills.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty members and the lack of placements.
Placements: Only 10% of students got placed, mainly in startups. The highest package is 5 LPA, the lowest is 1.2 LPA, and the average is 2.5 LPA. No reputed companies visit our college. Just 1% of students secured internships, including one in Turtil. Roles offered are mostly data analyst and data scientist positions.
Infrastructure: Our campus offers excellent facilities. Facilities like a cricket ground, a football ground, a basketball court, a clean and well-managed canteen, a well-stocked library, and a cozy student lounge that served as a great place to relax, study, and interact with fellow students during free time.
Faculty: Teaching quality is poor as most faculty lack proper qualifications. While the course aligns with the curriculum, effective teaching reduces its value. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty. The overall pass percentage is around 70%, reflecting an average academic outcome.
Other: I have chosen CSE as it is leading in the IT industry. My course offers industry-ready knowledge. They need to remove some basic stuff and add more about programming. Events are the worst thing in this college. Extracurricular activities are good.

Satisfied with the college environment.
Placements: About 50% students are placed in our college. Last year, 4 to 5 mechanical students got the 5 LPA above package, and CSE students also got the normal packages in college. Training and placement cell is so supportive and good. They conducted a sample interview round for students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good enough, and colleges have a big campus surrounded by trees and greenery. Give a positive and good vibe. The hostel and mess are also good, but not that good for students. They have Wi-Fi with a good internet connection. Labs are also average.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and knowledgeable. Exams are conducted by the college itself because the college is autonomous. Courses and curriculum are also good, and the behaviour of the faculty is nice with students. The quality of teaching is good, and they also give sample questions for exam preparation.

A little dissatisfied with the college placements as it is regrading day by day, and it was good.
Placements: Around 70% of students get placed in my college. The highest package is around 15 LPA, and the lowest package is around 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Pratiti, and Yardi. 29% of students got internships in electronics department in startups. The top role offered in my course is a software developer.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are provided with decent facilities like Wi-Fi, projectors, smart boards, and CCTV camera surveillance. Hostel rooms are spacious with a fresh environment. There is greenery outside the hostel. Mess and canteen food are okay. Medical facilities are okay. A weekly visit from the lady doctor is available in girls' hostel. There is a gymkhana, a badminton court, a kho-kho court, and football grounds for sports.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified with PhD degrees. They have years of experience, but their teaching is okay. The course curriculum is now updated according to real-time applications. Semester exams are easy to clear with a pass percentage of 40%. The college is autonomous, so passing exams is easy.
Other: The campus is right near the market and city area, so accessibility to amenities is good. Extracurricular activities are held every year, such as sports week, technical events, and annual gatherings.

Offered by Maulana Azad College of Arts, Commerce, and Science
1.6
1Placements1Infrastructure1Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life2Value for Money
Average teaching and weak support.
Placements: Placements at Maulana Azad College for the BCA course are very poor in my experience. The college does not provide proper campus recruitment support, and very few reputed companies visit. Most students have to search for jobs on their own, and the guidance for interviews or skill development is almost non-existent.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Maulana Azad College is below expectations for a professional course like BCA. Many classrooms are outdated, with poor seating. The hostel facilities are even more disappointing. Rooms are cramped, with old furniture and no proper cleanliness. Washrooms are hygienic, and water supply issues are common. The hostel's mess food is of poor quality and repetitive, with very little nutritional variety. Security arrangements are basic, and the environment does not feel completely safe.
Faculty: The faculty at Maulana Azad College for the BCA programme is average overall. Some teachers are genuinely knowledgeable, supportive, and willing to explain concepts multiple times until students understand, which is commendable. However, not all faculty members maintain the same level of dedication. There are a few who rely too heavily on old notes or stick strictly.
