Yes, BITS Pilani offers the MTech course to candidates at the PG lebel. Admissions are entrance-based. The course is offered in full-time mode and multiple specialisations. Candidates willing to take admission in the course must fill out the application form before the last date.

The duration of all M.Tech courses at BITS Pilani is two years. Each M.Tech course has 4 semesters in it and each course is offered in full-time mode only. Candidates can get admission in BIT Mesra M.Tech course with a valid GATE score. BITS Pilani ME/MTech fee range between INR 2.42 Lacs and INR 10.4 lakh for two years. The semester/ term BITS Pilani fee for integrated first degree and higher degree courses is Rs 2,31,500 for the first and second semesters.
