Every year, Bundelkhand University DPharma application process begin in April and go on till June. Since admission to the DPharma programme is based on the scores obtained by candidates in the University-level Entrance Test, the test takes place in June.

Bundelkhand University admission is a multi-step process. Candidates must begin with registration followed by other selection rounds. Aspirants are shortlisted for Bundelkhand University admission either based on entrance exam score. Direct admission to programmes like BA, BCA, BSc, etc. is offered based on merit in the last qualifying exam.
The final admission to MSc programme is either on the basis of merit or University-level entrance test score. Candidates seeking admission at BU Jhansi through the entrance exam, must take part in counselling after the exam.
