Placements: It has been one month since I joined this university. It feels really good that I have taken admission to this university. I have already heard from my seniors that the placement percentage is pretty high in our college. I really feel like I have joined a good university.
Infrastructure: The hostel and my course infrastructure are really great. I would rate them 10/10. The rooms in the hostel and the food are really good. Every day of the week, there is new food with good taste as well. Regarding my course infrastructure, it is also really good. The classes are good, and lots of facilities are provided, like AC labs, coffee machines, and many more things.
Faculty: Faculty is always very helpful and understanding. They solve your problems within minutes if possible. I also like that they are very polite regardless of their position. Regarding the exams, I haven't given any exams yet. It is my first semester, and it has been only one month.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well-established. The hostel facilities are also good. The food in the hostel is very good. In the college, all blocks have names, like the Ramanujan Block and many other names. The college also has the Milkha Singh Block, which has a gym on the campus and is also very big.
Faculty: The college faculty members are very good in behaviour. The exams in this college are conducted under supervision with high security, with no cheating cases. My Software Design subject teacher helps me a lot to do my best.
Other: I chose it because I am interested in technology, coding, and software development. CGC University Mohali provides a good campus environment. It has decent infrastructure, well-equipped labs, and supportive faculty. There are also various events, workshops, technical activities, and opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities. Campus life is active. Placements: Being an LL.B. student, placements are limited as compared to B.Tech and engineering courses. Most students prefer internships under senior advocates and judges. Internship opportunities are available through law firms, advocates, and courts. Teachers and the director help students get good internships at places like Delhi, but this opportunity is not for everyone. Only academically strong students get this opportunity.
Infrastructure: Clean and airy classrooms are available in the law block. There are no air conditioners in the law building except in the office of the HOD and director; a few classrooms may have AC where there are no windows. Wi-Fi is available in the college, and students can use the internet on campus. The library is clean and fully air-conditioned.
Faculty: Mostly, teachers are really good here. They are well-wishers and guide students properly. They even answer questions related to career issues. If you have any doubt, you can ask them without hesitation. They also help students get internships at good places like Delhi.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a good lawyer. It is really fun and interesting studying this course as we study real-life case laws. I wish they could improve this course by making studies more practical.

Placements: Majorly, all students get placed. Some are just insecure about their pay, but it generally depends on the student. So, the college needs to focus more on students. MNCs come, but they place a very small number of students. So there should be more placement opportunities for a huge number of students.
Infrastructure: Food and water facilities are poor. Many hostellers are tired of the food and water facilities. Electricity is not a problem. The food is below average. Nobody likes it. They only eat it to survive. Food courts are very interesting in college.
Other: Good college, more than average, but still needs to focus on basics like food, water, and buildings. Many events are going on every day, making it very fun. Many sports competitions are always there, along with activities like NCC and NSS. So, college life is not very boring. We should give the college an upper hand for this.

Good infrastructure and decent placements, but self-effort is important.
Placements: I am currently pursuing a B.Tech CSE from CGC University. Placements here are decent especially if you work on your skills and maintain good academics. Students from different courses also get placement opportunities, which is a good thing. Around 70-80 percent of students got placed from our course. In previous years the highest package has gone up to 1 crore per annum which was quite impressive. The average package is around 4 LPA-6 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and Capgemini visit the campus regularly. Internships are also available and many students get chances in companies and startups. The top roles offered are in the software field.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of CGC University is quite good and well-maintained. Classrooms are spacious with proper seating and smart boards and the labs are decent with the necessary equipment for practical learning. Wi-Fi is available across the campus. The library is also well-equipped with useful books and study material. Hostel facilities are satisfactory at a cost Rs. 1,00,000 per year. The mess food is average. The canteen has better options, but the cost is high. No sports for normal students only for hostellers or those who are interested can go.
Faculty: Faculty members in CGC University are generally helpful and qualified. Some focus more on theory while others try to include practical concepts as well. Semester exams are not very difficult if you study. The students can learn well with some self-effort.
Other: I am pursuing B.Tech CSE core in the 2nd sem from CGC University. I chose this course because of my interest in technology and programming, and also, my 12th-grade percentage was low.
