You can From your CUET score their is no restrictions on course selection you might have to give extra time to go through the background once but you will be able to cope up if yoj have interest in the subject many students change their stream in graduation and it is very normal

It is one of the largest mental health and neuroscience institute, it provides quality education, good placements, it have good infrastructure and very experienced professors
