A candidate with a valid score in any one of the two mentioned exam is eligible for admission to the BTech programmes of Dibrugarh University. However, candidates applying with Assam CEE scores must have the permanent residence certificate of Assam. Hence, JEE (Main) becomes mandatory for the applicants who do not have a permanent residence certificate of Assam.
