The location of the university is really beautiful with full greenery.
Placements: 31 students were there in our batch. 7 students were selected through campus recruitment: 2 in Satin Creditcare Network Ltd., a microfinance bank, and 4 were selected in SESTA, an organization. All the students did an internship outside NE, and one was selected in a Delhi-based company named Quest Retail Pvt. Ltd. The course offers three specializations: community development, psychiatric and medical social work, and human resources management.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available. The library is available. Spacious classrooms are available. The campus is beautiful and has well-maintained infrastructure with desks and benches. Some books are available in the library. It also has medical facilities, as there is a health center where free check-ups are done, and available medicine is given for free. There are a number of canteens available with good quality food, and it is affordable for students.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and can be contacted whenever and wherever needed. They are always ready to help and share all their knowledge. The pass percentage is 99%. The teachers are ready to help you whenever needed. They are very friendly and are good mentors.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to work with the people of the community, learn about their problems, and help them grow and reduce their vulnerability. The campus is beautiful with full greenery; it has canteens, a beautiful park, a library, and also organizes university week where all cultural and sports activities take place.

Everything about our course and the facilities.
Placements: Very few companies and organisations come to our placement cell with a substandard offer. The authority will notify everyone via mail when they want to recruit students. The enrollment process is only open to applicants who have met all the requirements set up by the company for recruiting.
Infrastructure: Both at our hostel and in our department, there are numerous amenities available. Our department has smart classrooms, a library, and drinking water facilities available. Single rooms, Wi-Fi, three meals a day, and daily bathroom cleaning are among the amenities offered by hostels.
Faculty: The course gives us a practical understanding of life as well as a comprehension of the theories of numerous fields. Through practical exposure to the real world, it facilitates our personal growth. In addition, this course provide us with workshops, rural camps, and internships in businesses, medical setting and community setting.

Really supportive atmosphere to learn and express one-self as well as full cooperation.
Placements: Branch Managers and Project Coordinators in community and block level as well. Few others also got selected for fellowships like Gandhi Fellowship. Internship are facilitated in AIIMS for Psychiatric Social Work Specialization and for the Human Resource Management Specialization companies like Quest Retail, Oil and ONGC head office working.
Infrastructure: Basic was provided like furnitures such as table, bed, chair along with all time running water, proper sanitation system was provided and also made adequate power supply in the hostel, and 24 * 7 ambulance facility is also provided with adequate number of ambulances to respond.
Faculty: Really supportive, and understanding towards the needs of the students. As in Social Work it's a principle to accept every individual as he or she is, which overall enables the students to express what they want from their lives and aligning there expectations along with the course.
Other: Vast and diverse exposure, to understand the context of the course.

It's a good institution to study.
Placements: Placed in development block, government Golaghat district. The students are very much related to social life. They got placed in various places with a handsome salary with good facilities. The students are not unemployed. Every one of them are doing their jobs with good social effect.
Infrastructure: Good only. It's a very good campus with so many facilities. They have an indoor stadium, Tanis court, volleyball court with night playing facilities. A playground with cricket, football, and athletics. A canteen is attached never to the Dept. Naturally, the place is very healthy and it's all a very good place.
Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly and nice. The course curriculum includes various social responsibility and the field work is there. The field study makes the course more fun and also a good learning environment with friends and all. The teachers guide the students in such a way that you will love it.
Other: Ekayan, a socio cultural event by our students every year. And varsity week, it's emotions.
