The college environment is good with faculty.

Placements: 50% of the students got placement in my course. The top companies are Amazon, HSBC, HDFC, Axis, etc. Internships are not provided for all streams. Top roles completely depend on students' quality. The highest package is 5 LPA and the average package is 2 LPA.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is too good. It has an auditorium, well-structured classrooms, a library, labs and a wi-fi system. The college has hostels, canteen, mess, medical support, sports and games for students. Hostels are safe and secure.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable but their teaching quality is not that good, it is moderate. Semester exams are not difficult, it is moderate but cheating is not allowed in my college. The pass percentage is 80%. This course is curriculum-relevant.

Other: I love history that is why I chose this subject for my career.

Our university provide good opportunities.

Placements: Placements depend on how students focus on their studies. University provides both off-campus and on-campus placement facilities but very few companies give placements. 50% of students get placed and 40% of students get internships. The highest salary package is 6 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is so good because the college atmosphere is amazing and it helps in our study. Lab rooms, classrooms, whole college area is very clean. Hostels are available for girls and boys and it is close to our college. The garden is very beautiful, so many flowers are there. Overall, all types of facilities are available like auditorium, playground, library, canteen, etc.

Faculty: The way of teaching is very good, that's why subjects become very easy for us. We learn different subjects every semester. We give our exams semester-wise. We need to attend every class to get notes. Class notes help us in getting good results. The final year project is very important, we have to complete it on time.

Hello Arun, Like any other University, NEHU also conducts entrance exam for admissions in MA in different subjects. The syllabus of this exam is invariably the same as that for graduation. As you must have done graduation in history, it should not be a problem for you to clear this entrance exam.
