I am satisfied with the university infrastructure and placements.

Placements: Galgotias University has 100% placements. The salary package offered by the placement cell depends on students skills and interviews. High profile companies visit our college to hire students. Roles offered to the students are according to the course which they are pursuing.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities in our college are very good. The library is well-maintained with a proper staff member. Medical facilities are not so good. The mess or quality of the food served on the campus is excellent. Wi-Fi facility is very good in all blocks of campus.

Faculty: Teachers and all staff members in our college are very cooperative and frank. They provide all the study material on time for better preparation for exams. Proper weekly assignments are given to check student levels. The course is completed on time. Semester exams are not so tough if you prepare well for the exams.

Other: I have chosen this course from this university as Galgotias University has high placement than other colleges. Our college organises events for students. The campus surroundings are good and safe for girls.

Galgotia University is nice, but needs to be improved.

Placements: The placement cell at Galgotias University works well. They will update and arrange regular interviews in your particular streamline which is actually nice, but not sure about good salary package. For my batch, the placement was pretty low. About 10% of the students were placed but as our M.Sc is not yet completed, I will be receiving a degree this year, so let's see how it goes. So far, one of my college students was placed in Noida with a package of around 2 lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Galgotias is pretty decent, and the campus area is enough to handle the crowd. The cafeteria is nice and good. The food quality and options are good enough for lunch and breakfast. More than three libraries are there with nice book stock. The chemistry labs are not good at all, and there is no lab apparatus or chemicals provided. Even necessary lab equipment can't be found over there.

Faculty: The faculty members are nice, knowledgeable, and helpful too. Coursework is nice, but there are too much of tests and exams. There is a strict rule of attendance which is horrible for a masters college life. The teaching quality is pretty good enough. They use projectors and related presentations to make learning easy which is nice. There were two industry visits arranged by the university for us, and they were very helpful. One was at Noida, medium-range weather forecasting, and other was at Mother Dairy plant.

Other: The crowd is nice and decent. They provide all modern facilities. There is a Wi-Fi facility, nice drinking water, parking, etc. The regular events like fest and freshers day are held, and there is good exposure.

A very good institution regarding faculty and placements.

Placements: Companies that visit college offering placements include Infosys, RBS, TCS, and many more. However, they recruit more of MBA and B.tech disciplinary students as compared to our course. Students prefer undertaking UGC-NET exams than college placements. College offers internship programmes which quite often do not involve any stipend.

Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are not at all satisfactory. Food offered is not that good. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Classrooms are air-conditioned and have projector facility. The college supports sports and games. However, campus lacks strict security features.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and cooperative. They provide students with the complete knowledge, although some teachers are short tempered. The course duration is for 2 years. The course curriculum aims at applying scientific knowledge for investigating a crime. It is a very challenging field.
