It has a good environment and security.
Placements: 80% of students were placed, and roles are basically for software designers, developers or artificial intelligence students who are studying at this university. Many companies like TCS and other companies are willing to enter and take the students from the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and quality of food are quite good. Wi-Fi is available in every room of the hostel, and the medical staff is quite helpful. Various types of sports and games are available for hostel students, and anybody can play at any time. The library is quite big.
Faculty: Excellent teachers, and the faculty is amazing. The pass percentage is good enough that every student is getting good grades, except for the weak ones who are here just wasting their money and doing nothing that doesn't help anyone who is here.

Placements: At Galgotias University, there are too much of placements but the package is very low. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, HCL, Tata, Microsoft, and Google. 60% of students got internships in my course at Wipro, HCL, Microsoft, etc. Wipro company is the most hiring company at Galgotias University according to my course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. But the facilities provided by the college are also good. Quality of facility in hostel is quite bad. The mess food is also not good. There are not that much of sports. The medical facilities provided by the college are good.
Faculty: Faculty members at this university are very bad. There is no certain curriculum and nothing comes from their end. Anything that comes from the university like datasheet, practical, jury, and everything is not up to date. Exams are postponed at the same time as the exams are held.

Placements: My college has good placements. Mostly, students who have good skills get 100% placement, and even those who put in a little hard work are easily able to get placed. The highest package 1.5 crores and the lowest package is 5-6 LPA. Mostly, students are placed in non-teaching companies. The top recruiting companies are Amazon and Deloitte.
Infrastructure: My course department has good infrastructure. We have Wi-Fi labs, classrooms, and a library, and everything works fine. The hostel facilities are overall okay. The mess food is not bad, but the taste of the food is decent. All the basic medical facilities are available. And we have proper grounds for both outdoor and indoor games.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and well qualified they explain all the topics clearly. My course curriculum is relevant; it makes students industry-ready. They support students whenever they need help. The difficulty level of semester exams was moderate to hard, but most of the students passed easily.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in computers and wanted to build a career in the teaching field. I think some things can be improved, like updated lab equipment and more industry-level workshops; these changes can make the course even better. Many fest and events are conducted in our college, which make students life enjoyable. The campus crowd is friendly and supportive. Scholarships were also offered to students. There are many extracurricular activities like sports, cultural events, and teaching clubs where students can participate and improve their skills.

Placements: 50 percent are placed in my MBA course. 18 LPA is the highest package offered in MBA. EY, KPMG, HDFC, Deloitte, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, etc. 80 percent of students got internship from the college, and the companies are BNY, Agile Capital Services, etc.
Infrastructure: Classroom, infrastructure, and the library are fully well developed. E-library contains all books, and the seating area is so impressive. Hostel rooms are fully furnished, and the food in the mess is cooked with hygiene. Students from other states and countries also get their local food to make them feel familiar and better.
Faculty: The faculty members are so cooperative, helpful, and kind. They are well qualified and have proper knowledge. The teaching pattern and course coverage by them are impressive. The course curriculum is relevant, and practical's are also done to make the students industry ready. The exam papers are set by an AI.
Other: I have a commerce background, and I want to set my career in corporates. Events, fest, and sports are also there in the campus.

Needs major improvement in placements & teaching despite decent infrastructure.
Placements: I am from the 2028 batch, pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. In our course, around 50 to 60% of students get placed, but most of them receive low packages. Highest package offered was around 20 LPA by Microsoft, but that was for a very few students with exceptional coding skills. Average package is around 3 to 4 LPA, and lowest goes below 2.5 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, and. Around 30 to 40% students get internships. Roles offered include Software Developer, QA Tester, and Technical Support.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure for the CSE department is decent. Classrooms are clean and air-conditioned, with smart boards and projectors in some rooms. Wi-Fi is available but not reliable. Labs are okay but not very well-maintained or advanced. Central library is good, but the department-specific resources are limited. Hostel rooms are average. In shared rooms, sometimes hygiene is not maintained well. Mess food is below average, and most students prefer eating outside or ordering. Sports facilities exist but are not fully maintained.
Faculty: Most teachers are qualified with M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees, but only a few are actually helpful or good at explaining concepts. Many just read slides. Teaching is theoretical, and real-world, industry-level coding or DSA training is missing unless you do it on your own. Curriculum is outdated and focuses more on marks than skills. Semester exams are moderately difficult and based on written learning. Pass percentage is high (above 85%) because the checking is lenient, but that doesn't reflect true learning.
Other: I chose B.Tech CSE because I am passionate about programming and tech. Best thing about the course is the flexibility to self-learn if you're motivated. However, I wish the college had better placement support, industry tie-ups, updated curriculum, and coding-focused faculty. Tip for juniors: If you are serious about your career in tech, you'll need to work hard on your own, take internships outside, and focus on building real projects and DSA skills beyond what college provides.
