A good college in a good location with a nice campus and faculty members.
Placements: Many companies visit the college for placements for the year 2025. Some students got placements at companies. The placement cell also works hard to make sure students get their preferred job role. I guess the highest package offered is 8 or 9 LPA.
Infrastructure: The B.Tech classrooms are nice. Labs are also well-maintained. It provides a good space for sitting and reading in the library. GLS College doesn't have its own hostel, but they have tie-ups with the hostel. The Hive Hostel is nice, and I stay there only.
Faculty: Teachers in the B.Tech department are really helpful. Whenever we get stuck in anything, they help us get resolved. The course curriculum is relevant, which would be helpful in the future. Semester exams are not that difficult, and the main thing we get stuck on is the objective (11 marks).
Other: Events are organised like youth fest, tech fest, sports event, etc. Surroundings of the campus are really safe as it is always crowded. GLS University FET department doesn't only focus on academics, but also makes us solve problems that can be further implemented.

Placements: If we have 100 students, many students don't appear in placement because they want to pursue an MBA, and those who appeared in placement got the placement, but not everyone got a good placement. Our college has companies like Arvind, Tata Motors, Bajaj, Smyten, and many more companies, and some of these offer the best placements.
Infrastructure: In GLS, we have the best classroom, and they are building new infrastructure for the next batches. We have a fully air-conditioned classroom. We have a library where you can find many books. Our college has an open gym in which you can go and exercise, and the college has a total of 3 canteens, and the canteen food is the best.
Faculty: Faculty is very helpful in our college, and they are helpful in every step of college life. They teach in the best possible way. They do practical activities to understand more easily, and the teaching quality is best. GLS offers a curriculum that gets students ready for industry, and they have an industry visit also in the 2nd year, and their exam pattern is simple in 1 year, there are 2 semesters, and 1 semester has a total of 3 exams.

This college is good for attitude and fashion.
Placements: Some students get placed by the college, some are self-placed, and some are still not placed. A few companies recruit only one student each. One incident I want to share is that a student forgot to fill out the placement form, so the college did not allow him to attend any company interviews. In the second phase, the college warned him and agreed to let him sit for the placement interviews.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is very good, and the computer labs are also very good. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned and smart. The library is small but good, and the sports room is very large. Weekly game events are organized by students.
Faculty: In college, exams are very difficult. Exams are conducted twice in a semester, one internal and one external. This course is best for now because the future is all about computer science. You need to have all computer knowledge, and the best courses after B.Tech and computer engineering are MCA, which is good for everyone.
Other: MCA is a real-life exam course focused on computer science. This college is the best for future life. But the only problem is that it is not very good for placements.

Kind of dummy college. Best for students who are preparing for other professional courses.
Placements: Placements are voluntary; students who seek placements have the option to give interviews. I wasn’t one of them! I don’t have any ideas about placements at all, but the faculty does help students find good placements and prepare them for them. However, one must be willing and prepared for the opportunity.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are dirty, with broken benches and slogans written on tables, but they are equipped with AC, projectors, and other facilities. The washrooms are clean and well-maintained. There is no access to the lifts for students. The canteen is good, and the food is great, though there is a lack of parking facilities during exams.
Faculty: Faculty members are honest and helpful, but you need to ask them questions, as they won’t approach you first. Exams are easy; teachers tend to provide important questions, and the rest come from study material. Assignments are the primary source from which questions are asked.
Other: There’s no need for compulsory attendance, so if you seriously want to graduate with a B.Com (Hons), this isn’t the right choice. Students preparing for CA or other competitive exams tend to be the ones who take admission at this college. Attending exams and paying fees are the minimum requirements.

For the Faculty of Commerce, any graduate can apply. For MEd, a BEd degree with required marks is needed. For MPEd, a B.P.Ed degree with minimum marks is compulsory.
