The college is better but can be best with some improvement.
Placements: Around 15 students out of 40 total students get placements in our course. The highest salary package is Rs 60,000 per month, and the lowest salary package is Rs 25-30,000 per month. The top recruiting companies are Amul, Prag, and others. The veterinary officer, veterinary doctor, professor in the research area and the pharmaceutical industry, and even the army are free to follow their jobs. Every year 6-7 students from our college get access to worldwide universities for Ph.D. in foreign countries, and one student always wins a Commonwealth scholarship.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good, and the food served is fresh and in good quantity. There are various facilities in the hostel as well as the college. The laboratories are appropriate for students but in higher class it is different. The library is best and satisfies all needs of the students. The classrooms are digital, but some infrastructure is not good college, it requires urgent renewable. Dairy farms, poultry farms, and pig farms are available for better learning. The campus is best, peaceful, and worth studying.
Faculty: In online mode, some faculty members are active while others are not, but can't say anything about offline mode. Teaching quality depends from teachers to teachers, some teachers are excellent. The older curriculum in veterinary studies was much better than the present one. Exams are average, and students can score good marks if they follow teacher notes. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: It is the best campus, they take care of student's entertainment, and all-around development well. The scholarship for the top 3 students is available. Special thanks to NAHEP for extracurricular, webinars, etc. It is a good campus but still some reforms are required.

It has awesome faculty members, good placements, nice infrastructure and various scopes.
Placements: Students who pursue BVSC can be veterinary doctors in government hospitals or may open their private clinics. They may opt for the research field, and they may also work in experiment labs. Most of the students like to do internships.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities are good here, and the labs are well organised. Classrooms are huge and properly ventilated. Hostel facilities are very nice, and good quality food is served. A huge variety of food items are available. Inter hostel games and also intra-hostel games and sports competitions are also organised. Medical facilities are very good.
Faculty: Teachers here are extremely qualified and understandable. In our course, exams are yearly based. Exams are obviously difficult, but the professors are very nice. So, every question seems like we read already, so it becomes easy. The passing percentage is 50% in both practicals and theory separately.
Other: Various events are organised by different societies of our college from time to time. Fests are also a part of college life. The campus crowd is high as various colleges and courses are under this vast campus. Wi-Fi facility is also awesome.

Absolutely satisfied.
Placements: Approximately 85 percentage of students were placed from our course. The highest package was 44 Lacs and the lowest package was 12 Lacs. There are several foreign and indian companies which come for placement. Top role is of serior veterinary surgeon.
Infrastructure: Facilities include: well organized dairy farms. Well equipped laboratories. Beautiful university campus. Spacious rooms in hostel with two students per room. Medical facilities is awesome. The Sports department take care of fitness and sports activities. Food quality is also good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and supportive. They are knowledgeable too. But a little bit lazy. Teaching quality is not too good. Projectors does not work in several rooms. The course curriculum is relevant, it makes the student ready for private practice at their own clinics.
Other: I am passionate to this because there is the widest scope in veterinary.

I'm satisfied with my college, University. I hope infrastructure may improve soon.
Placements: About top 30 percent student opt veterinary. All student go for intern and right now students also go abroad. In this year highest package is around 9 Lacs per year. After graduation student go for higher studies in India and abroad also set up their career in army.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is improved now. Wi-Fi is good. Classroom get renovated. Hostel mess is good but good quality is not upto the mark. For sports activity University arrange athlete meet every year and no. of students take part in this activity. Canteen facility is also in campus but not in college. But in canteen hygiene is not upto mark.
Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful. Their qualification are too good. Our course curriculum is somewhat hectic. Teaching quality is good and teachers are helpful also. Teachers also teach us on how to grab the opportunity to go abroad. Also guide us for higher studies.
Other: If curriculum gets less hectic it will improve the course. College fest is not so good. But University events are too good. University also provide fellowship to top 3 student. Extracurricular activities are also good.

Our college is good. Some teachers are very good, but some are not. Clinics need to be improved.
Placements: Placements were not very much prevalent in the previous years. However, in recent years, our college started conducting placements. Students who passed out from veterinary science from this college will have a scope for jobs because of the wide scope of the subject.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is fine, and it can be improved by government funds. Hostel facilities need to be improved. However, the quality of the food is good, and the sports facilities are quite good. Our university has its own stadium. The library here is one of the best libraries in Uttarakhand.
Faculty: Some of the teachers in our college are way best in the country. Teachers like Dr Rastogi from physiology, Dr SP Singh from pharmacology, Dr Prabhakaran from LPT, Dr Stuti and Dr Ranjan from parasitology are one of the best teachers students can ever find.

Best college in India with some drawbacks.
Placements: 9 students are placed in 3 different private companies among 50 students. The highest package was 8.5 Lacs per annum. The lowest package was of 5 Lacs per annum. Top recruiter was Trouw Nutrition India pvt Ltd. All these companies belong to Animal Science group.
Infrastructure: Food is average. Hostel bathrooms are disgusting. Medical facilities are average. No Wi-Fi in college but available in hostel and library. Labs equipped with all facilities but not used on a regular basis. Sometimes food quality goes below average and even eggs, curd are not available for months.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality depends on the teachers. Some are extraordinary, some are average. As most part of the course is theoretical so there are more lectures as compared to practicals. I don't think students are made industry ready.
Other: The best thing is to treat patients who can't speak i.e animals. That was the reason I choose this course. I would like to bring the clinical part from 2nd year onwards. Connectivity from Rudrapur is poor no buses, you have to go on Vikram auto that too are not available after 8 pm.

Review of Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar.
Placements: About 25% of the students got placed, and most of the students willingly go for higher education. Trouw Nutrition, Godrej Agrovet and BAIF Development are some recruiting companies. Top roles offered are wildlife veterinarian, private practitioner, veterinary officer and gazetted rank officer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The availability of Wi-Fi in hostels, library and a separate unit is also made for students to access the internet and study for long hours. Food available in mess timings and the quality is ensured by the committee, and food is also good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and they are still working for the welfare of students even after we have graduated. The course curriculum is relevant as the course is making us a full-fledged person to deal with animal health and care, and it is providing us with this noble profession.
Other: I have chosen this course because veterinary is a noble profession, and we are lucky that we can help animals who can not speak out about their pain. We are special that we can realise their pain and can treat them. Working with animals fills me with immense joy.
