- Special Round offline counselling for CET/ CUET qualified students for admission to BA in Liberal Arts is scheduled for Sep 28, 2026 and Sep 29, 2026.
- For MBA admission, students can download the CAT 2026 admit card from Nov 4, 2026. CAT 2026 exam is scheduled for Nov 29, 2026.
- CMAT 2027 exam will be held on Feb 7, 2027. The registration window for the same is expected to start in the month of October.
- GGSIPU has released the merit list for BALLB, BBALLB, BCom, etc. courses based on CLAT and CET entrance exams, respectively.
- NEET UG 2026 Round 3 counselling registration process for admission to MBBS, BDS, and other courses has concluded. Students can fill their choices till Sep 28, 2026.

Indraprastha University BTech admission is done on the basis of a valid score of JEE Main or CUET. The university offers BTech for four-years divided into eight semesters. The IPU BTech course selection is done by a centralised counselling of the course.

As per the IP University 2023 brochure, the duration of all the MCA courses is two-year. The course is further divided into semester pattern. There are four semesters during the course. The syllabus might also be defined semester-wise. Candidates have to pass all the semester exams in order to get a MCA degree from IPU.

No, CAT is not the only exam based on which admission is granted. GGSIPU accepts the CAT percentile for MBA admission basis on which a merit list of selected candidates is released for the counselling round. Moreover, for the MBA in IT course, the university conducted IPU CET exam is accepted. In case the seats are left vacant after CAT candidates, then the seat allotment is carried out based on the candidate's CMAT scores.

GGSIPU BTech cutoff 2026 has been released across multiple categories and colleges affiliated with IP University. For B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence), the JEE Main Round 1 closing ranks ranged between 46521 and 158229 for students belonging to the General AI quota.
Candidates can apply on the university's website for the preferred course. Aspirants have to pay INR 2,500 for the GGSIPU form. Candidates need to fill out the personal, contact, academic and other details in the form.
GGSIPU IPU CET cutoff 2026 was released for the first round of admission to the BTech course and its various specialisations. The cutoff was announced for different AI and HS quota categories.
For the General AI category, the BTech CSE (AI) course round 1 cutoff ranged from 46521 to 158229. As per this range, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology was the hardest college for admission.

Yes, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts a Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to BSc, BCA, BCom (Hons), B.Ed, BA (JMC), BHMCT, BBA, BA (Hons), BVoc, BPT, BPO, BOT, BASLP, BSc MLT, MSc, MA, MEd, MPT, MOT and MPO courses. IPU CET exam 2026 application forms for other courses, open tentatively in March every year. Apart from conducting IPU CET, GGSIPU also accepts several national-level entrance exams to provide admission to a few undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses.
GGSIPU follow the UGC norms to initiate the fee refund. The University will initiate the refund once the online and offline counselling process is concluded for the academic year. After the conclusion of the counselling process, the amount after reduction will be initiated to the candidates as per the bank details provided by the students while filling the online application form.
