GGSIPU offers a five-year integrated BA LLB (Hons) programme. Admission to this course is based on candidates' performance in the CLAT entrance exam, followed by a counselling process. GGSIPU Fee Refund Policy 2026
The University accepts the UGC Refund Policy to refund part of the academic fee. All refunds will be processed after the completion of the counselling process. The registration fee is non-refundable. Check out the pointers below to understand the refund policy.
- Students who take admission in offline mode are eligible to withdraw by submitting the withdrawal application in a prescribed format.
- The refund amount will only be made to the Bank Account provided by the applicants as mentioned in the application form.
- If a candidate fails to report to the allocated institute, it shall lead to automatic cancellation of the admission and refund of part of the academic fee.
- Application for refund must be submitted to the concerned institute along with Appendix- 11.

There are multiple components included in the course total fee, such as tuition fee, registration fee, security charges, etc. Some of the components are one-time chargeable such as security deposit and registration fee. IPU MBA tuition fee ranges between INR 1,50,000 to INR 4,36,000. The fee mentioned here is taken from the official website/sanctioning body. It is subject to changes.
Admission to most of the GGSIPU courses is done through entrance tests. However, direct admissions are available through the Management quota. Only some colleges under the GGSIPU accept direct admissions through Management quota.
There is also spot/sliding round admissions available for leftover seats after all CET counselling rounds are over. The colleges fill these seats via walk-in or direct applications.
Yes, GGSIPU accepts CUET scores. For UG courses, CUET-UG and similarly for the PG courses, CUET-PG is applicable. However, it must be noted that preference is given to CUET scores after the respective national-level exams and the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the university. Some of the UG and PG programmes for which this entrance score is accepted are MCA, MA, BSc, BBA and allied programmes, BPharm, BCom (Hons), etc.
GGSIPU follow the UGC norms to initiate the fee refund. The University will initiate the refund once the online and offline counselling process is concluded for the academic year. After the conclusion of the counselling process, the amount after reduction will be initiated to the candidates as per the bank details provided by the students while filling the online application form.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University accepts CLAT and CUET scores for selecting students to its five-year integrated BA LLB (Hons) programme. The admission process at IPU includes appearing in the entrance exam, filling out the application form, registering for GGSIPU counselling and choice filling, uploading documents, seat allotment, and paying the part academic fee for seat confirmation. 1. Appear in the Exam
For law courses, candidates must appear for the CLAT entrance exam to be eligible for admission. If the seats remain vacant after CLAT, GGSIPU accepts CUET-qualified students for admission.
2. GGSIPU BA LLB (Hons) Application Process 2026
IPU University release its own form, which is mandatory for students to fill out along with the course-specific entrance exam score. The step-wise application process is given below:
- Go to the IPU official website and select the course.
- Click on 'Apply Now' and fill out all the required documents.
- Upload the necessary documents in the required format.
- Pay the application fee, which ranges from INR 1500 to INR 2,000.
- Click on the 'Submit' button to complete the process.
3. Counselling & Choice Filling
Candidates with valid entrance exam scores are then required to register separately for the GGSIPU counselling 2026 process. After paying the counselling fees, students must fill in their college choices for final seat allocation.
4. Upload of Documents
Candidates need to submit the following documents at the time of application and counselling:
- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets

The tuition fee for BTech course at GGSIPU is INR 7.86 lakh. The entire course fee will be a bit different. This is because there are some extra charges which students need to pay. Also, the fee structure would be different for affiliated colleges.
