It is a good college for bachelor's degree with a decent crowd and learning experience.

Placements: The placements are decent in our college. For main branches like mechanical, EC, CSE, and chemical engineering including food technology, the campus placements are available and a lot of students have benefitted. The average salary package offered is around 6 LPA - 7 LPA and big companies like Amazon and Intel also recruit the students.

Infrastructure: Hostels are decent in HBTU. There are separate hostels for both girls and boys. The mess is run by students themselves but the ambiance is good. The campus is clean and huge so students do enjoy the premise. The new hostels are better and provide a lot of leverages to the students.

Faculty: The majority of our faculty members are from IITs and few are from NITs making them accomplished enough to teach us. The courses aren't too tough as we have faculty members for all courses. There are smart classes that make learning easier. The courses covered all the basics that you need to learn followed by practicals. The semester exams are also decent enough and almost 85% of students got passed.

Other: There are separate clubs in the premises which will enable students to learn and grow better. The crowd is good as the selection criteria is better and the campus is beautiful.
