at HNLU Raipur, Raipur

Candidates are selected for LLN course at Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), on the basis of their score in the CLAT exams. They must appear for the exam and achieve a valid aggregate in the same. Candidates have to appear for the counselling process of CLAT. After completing the selection process, students must pay the tution fee of HNLU to confirm their seat in the university.

The Master of Laws, or LL.M., is a postgraduate legal education degree. Universities may differ in the particular fields or specialties offered within their LL.M. degrees, however the following are some frequent branches or specializations you may encounter:

The optional papers will be offered subject to the availability of faculty having such specializations. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of optional papers. 

Each student must opt six different optional papers during his five years B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) course

Hidayatullah National Law University offers five specialisations under the LLM programme, namely Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights Law, Technology & Law, Environmental Law, and Public Law.

HNLU Raipur cutoff 2024 for CLAT Round 4 is out for both the UG and PG courses. HNLU Raipur offers admission to LL.M. LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.M. in Corporate Law courses based on CLAT followed by the CLAT Counselling. CNLU releases the CLAT cutoff round-wise and category-wise. As per the NLU Raipur LLM cutoff 2024, the Round 4 closing rank is 1040 for the General AII India category students. For Round 1, the closing rank was 785. 

So, considering the round 1 and the round 4 closing ranks, candidates must secure a rank between 780 to 1045 to get a seat at HNLU Raipur for LLM admission.

The total tuiton fee will be around 2 lakh  for indian citizen.

Mess Fee shall be payable separately by the students on semester basis and it will be decided on the basis of contract rates.

Your chances depends on two important factors. Number one is your category and number second is this year's cut-off. As per last year's trend closing rank for the following were :- 1. General - 765 2. ST - 14977 3. SC - 9735 Final rank till which HNLU Raipur admitted student was 37607. So, there are still chances for you if you have reservation or Domicile of Chhattisgarh or you are Dependents of Freedom Fighters of Chhattisgarh (DFF-CHT).

Yes, with a CLAT cutoff rank of 500, it is possible to secure a seat at any courses offered at HNLU Raipur for the students belonging to the General AI quota. During the NLU Raipur CLAT cutoff 2026, the maximum recuired cutoff was 773. Therefore, a cutoff rank of 500 is considered as a safe rank for admission at Hidayatullah National Law University.

Hidayatullah National Law University accepts the CLAT entrance exam for admission to its B.A. LLB(Hons) course at the undergraduate level.
