I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (PTU) is a state government university. It was established by an Act of State Legislature on 16th January, 1997, to promote technical, management and pharmaceutical education in the state at degree level and above.

PTU offers a wide range of courses in engineering, technology, management, pharmacy, architecture, and other fields. It is one of the most popular universities in Punjab for engineering and management courses.

The BPharm total tuition fee ranges from INR 2.1 lakh to INR 5 lakh. It is inclusive of fees at the affiliated colleges as well.
