If you stay all clear throughout your semesters, you will definitely get placed.
Infrastructure: The institute has air-conditioned classrooms, Wi-Fi in cadets' accommodation, playground, gym, swimming pool, etc. We have a ship on campus with all auxiliary machines, virtual reality labs, and steering simulator labs. The best maritime college in South India for B.Sc. Nautical Science.
Placements: It was always a better choice to choose HIMT College for my career progress, as today I stand proudly in front of my parents with a job in hand as I pass out. I am placed in D'Amico, and so are my friends too. HIMT College really helped us a lot in training for the interview.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are well-equipped with air conditioning and smart boards. We also have the latest training aids for virtual reality modules on campus, which takes our training to a higher level as we are able to experience the theoretical things taught in class live in front of our eyes.

Absolutely waste of money and time. Not satisfied with placement and infrastructure.
Placements: No placement, no infrastructure and no faculty to teach us. At the time of admission, they will say that they have 100% placement but you have to score 75% atleast for it. We have done everything right but no response from the college, they even had conducted a fake exam for placement and after that no response.
Infrastructure: No infrastructure, and no proper mess in hostel. The cleaning was also bad. Nothing was satisfactory. Sometimes no crew was there to wash dishes, and they took too much time to give or to serve the food to us. It is just a waste of money to take admission here.
Faculty: No faculty members to teach us. We used to roam here and there because there was no faculty member to teach. Nothing was there to satisfy us. The behaviour of the staff was not good with the students. Principal had nothing to do with it. He used to remain in his own world.

Our college had good faculty members, but I am dissatisfied with placements.
Placements: The college had a placement cell, but there were no placements. Only one company came to the campus. There was no placement support. Students joined BPOs and call centers just to survive after college. I will never recommend anyone to join this college.
Infrastructure: Nothing was satisfying. Hostels were not good, and there were no facilities for northern students. They only served South Indian food in the mess. I lost 10 kilogrammes just because I was not getting good food. Every day, we need to eat the same food. I used to eat Maggi and outside food.
Faculty: Teachers were good. They were supportive. We could go to them any time we wanted to clear up our problems or queries. Teachers were good, but they used to discriminate against students.
