No, CAT is not compulsory for admission to the MBA course at IMU Kochi. Candidates with scores in IMU CET/ CAT/ MAT/ CMAT can get admission to MBA programmes. Therefore, CAT is one of the accepted entrance exams for admission to the MBA course. However, it is not compulsory. Moreover, IMU Kochi gives more preference to students who have achieved valid scores in IMU CET rather than CAT, MAT, and CMAT. 

IMU Kochi has two specialization, one is Port and Shipping Management and the other is International Transportation and Logging Management.
