IIIT Hyderabad MTech Eligibility and Highlights 2025
IIIT Hyderabad MTech is a two-year course offered across four specialisations. Admission to this programme is subject to a valid score in the Postgraduate Entrance Test (PGEE) conducted by the institute. For MTech in PDM, however, a valid score in GATE/ CEED exams is also accepted. Candidates seeking admission must apply online for the PGEE application process by paying an application fee of INR 2,500 and INR 2,000, respectively.

IIIT Hyderabad MTech Fees 2025
IIIT Hyderabad MTech fees include multiple components such as tuition fees, hostel fees, mess charges, examination fees, etc. The total tuition fee for the MTech course ranges form INR 60,000 to INR 8 lakh. The institute also offers several types of scholarships for fee concessions for deserving candidates. The student must pay full-time IIIT Hyderabad fees for a full-time postgraduate course for the first four semesters of study. The fees will be prorated to the number of credits registered for thereafter, according to the institute's policies.
