Short review of our college.

Placements: On our campus this year, nearly 248 members were selected for Infosys. And the recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, and Cognizant. Nearly 50% of students got placed last year. 40 LPA is the highest package till now. We have an internship for one month in the 3rd year, starting, and in the final year for a full semester.

Infrastructure: We have labs available, and we have a LAN connection in labs only. We have a vast library with a variety of books. We have projectors in our classrooms. We have GMR Care Hospital near our college. The hostel is not so good for the value of money, but it's not bad.

Faculty: Lecturers teach only the knowledge required for passing exams. Practical knowledge is provided, but up to the mark of placements. The course curriculum is not so updated to technologies. Semester exams are not so tough to attempt, but we need to study hard to get good marks.

Other: We mostly have 2 events every year, and we celebrate Stepcone, our signature event, grandly.

A good, practical and career-oriented CSE experience.

Placements: My college provides decent placements with training for interviews and communication skills. Several Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Cognizant visit the campus, offering roles in Software development and support roles through the placement cell. The highest package of our college was 28 LPA, the lowest package was 3 LPA, and the average package was 4 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college was good. We have well-equipped labs, Wi-Fi, smart classrooms and a good library. The hostel is decent, the rooms are clean, and the mess food is okay. Sport facilities are available, and medical support is provided on campus.

Faculty: The CSE faculty is supportive, qualified and explains concepts according to the bookish knowledge. The curriculum is updated with industry topics like coding, DBMS, and AI. Semester exams are moderate if we follow classes and practice, we get good grades. Probably most students clear exams with good grades.

Other: I chose CSE because of my interest in programming and the good placement scope. The course teaches useful technical skills and offers coding events and hackathons. Campus life is friendly with fests and clubs. I wish there were more advanced labs and more industry-based workshops. Overall value for money.
