A decent private college if want to take admission in Rajasthan and 3 LPA of costs.

Placements: Since I am currently studying and hence there's still time for our placement drive. But our seniors got decent placements. And according to them, there are a lot of companies that come for placement and the highest offered is 44lpa to a student. But my advice is to take admission to the B.Tech program without specialisation because it's kind of useless tbh.

Infrastructure: Some Facilities are pretty awesome and some are way worse than you can imagine. Wi-Fi is available almost in whole campus and labs got ethernet to work but don't depend on their PCs because they got i3 processors? And also the library is not 24/7 its closed on holidays including Sundays. Mess food is so average.

Faculty: Teachers are nice to talk to. Some teachers are very good to us and also knowledgeable. The course curriculum is improving year by year and making improvements and semester exams are just like it has to be. And I got an 8.43 GPA in 1st year. You get to learn a lot of skills on the campus itself.

Review of JECRC University.

Placements: According to our seniors and what we have seen so far, the average placement is around 4 LPA whereas the highest package was 41 LPA but it was off-campus. The internship is provided through college but I would prefer not to be dependent on them and work hard and search for internships by myself. The placement percentage is very high, around 99-100%. Top recruiters are mass recruiting companies like Accenture and TCS.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for studies is one of the worst but better than other private colleges in Jaipur. As a computer science student, the speed requirement for Wi-Fi is more to access cloud platforms or collaborate with people. Classrooms and libraries are not air-conditioned nor do ducting work, I am mentioning this because the temperature in summers is around 45 degrees celsius and you can't rely on 4 fans in a big lecture hall. The library is very small and the type of books you will find there will be the ones related to the syllabus but you won't be able to have good quality books like of O'Reilley publications. Also, the book issue system is manual using slips and stamps which leads to a line and a long wait for a book to be issued. Hostel rooms are very small, like rat rooms and their maintenance or services are seriously the worst. But from the year 2021, it is given to a third party named 'Stanza Living' and their services are far better than the previous one. They try their best to provide students with the best experience.

Faculty: Teachers are not qualified enough to even answer the questions of students. They are changed regularly because teachers leave college rapidly. The teaching quality they have can't make you a better engineer for sure until you work hard on yourself with your resources. The course structure is more specific to GATE not being industry-ready. The exams are not hard at all if you study even a bit. They provide assignments and you can find the same around 75% in your exams as well.

Other: I chose this course because this is what I love to do. But the selection of college is regret and the biggest mistake I ever made. There is nothing I have to mention about the course as a plus point and I am honestly saying that. The course could be better by focusing on learning rather than focusing on exams. There are a lot of events for learning, connectivity, fun, and enjoyment by students. The scholarship is also provided by the college on tuition fees according to your marks in high school. There is no sports culture in college. Sports infrastructure doesn't exist for day scholars. The crowd is as usual but there is no arrangement for sitting or other stuff when there are no lectures. You can just burn yourself out in sun or get a suffocating experience in the canteen.
