M.Sc in wildlife science is a two-year full-time curriculum having four semesters since its inception. There are about 20 seats in the University of Kota. The eligibility criteria for this course is as under: Eligibility criteria: Bachelor's degree in Science/ Medical Science/ Engineering/ Veterinary Science/ Agriculture/ Forestry/ Pharmacy/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications or a degree recognized as equivalent thereof should have studied in the science stream at higher secondary or other equivalent board. The minimum aggregate marks in Bachelor's degree recognized by UGC for unreserved category (UR/Gen) is 55% and for SC/ST/OBC/SOBC: Minimum Pass Marks. For other State: 60%. The admission is based on merit. Fee per annum: Rs 18000.

Kota University provides a two-year, four-semester full-time Master of Science (MSc) programme. Admission to the MSc programme at Kota University is determined by the candidate's performance on their most recent qualifying exam. Except for Zoology and Wildlife Science, all specialisations have the same minimum score requirements. The university furthermore provides MSc programme through its affiliated colleges. Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to get admission to MSc course: 

Eligibility: B.Sc. In the relevant stream with a minimum 55% aggregate (50% aggregate for M.Sc. Zoology & Wild Life Science) for General category candidates of Rajasthan and 60% aggregate for other state candidates

Step 3: In the next window that opens, click on the Fill Online Admission Form link.

Step 4: Enter your name, mobile number, and email address to create a login ID.

Step 5: Login and complete the application form. Step 6: Upload the required documents.

Step 7: Pay the application fee and submit the application.

Kota University has not released a course-wise placement report for 2023. However, the NIRF placement report for 2023 has been released. As per the report,  a total of 11 PG (2-year) students were placed during UOK placements in 2022. The median package offered to PG (2-year) students was INR 2.10 LPA during placements 2022. 

The final placement report 2024 is yet to be released. Once it is out, the total number of students placed in 2024 placement at UOK will be updated here. However, as per the NIRF report 2024, a total of 12 students of the PG 2-year batch were placed out of total 394 students during UOK placements 2023. There are no placement details available on the official website of Kota University. However, the Kota University has released the NIRF report 2024 on its official website. Kota University placement report is yet to be released for the Class of 2024. However, Kota University has released the NIRF report 2024 on its official website. The University of Kota is accredited with a 'B' Grade by NAAC. Kota University was established in 2003 by the Government of Rajasthan and is approved by UGC. Kota University, through six faculties, over 15 departments, 6 Shodhpeeth, and 190+ affiliated colleges, offers UG, PG, PG Diploma, and Certificate courses to students across the Social Science, Law, Commerce & Management, Science and Education streams.

Kota University offers various courses at the UG, PG, and PhD level. Students are selected based on entrance exam or merit.. The application process is conducted online. Selected candidates for UG and PG courses must pay the admission fee to confirm their admission at the university.
