Really nice ambience and supportive faculty members.
Placements: Good placement assistance. 100 percent placement for the Civil Engineering department. Civil Engineering students got placed at companies like Landmark Builders and Skylight. Other department students also received job offers from various companies through campus interviews.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure. Classrooms and the library are well-maintained. Books covering the syllabus, as well as thousands of books from various other topics or domains, are available at the library. Various online books are also provided through the site. The hostel and mess food are good. Annual sports events are conducted.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and supportive. Good teaching quality. The course curriculum has been updated recently. It helps students gain industry-required skills from the course itself. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty. College comes under KTU.
Other: College management provides scholarships for financially struggling students. Metecks (annual techfest) and Naadham (annual arts fest) are conducted.

Satisfied with very good faculty and campus ambience.
Placements: The placement cell at our college is a story of promising potential and rapid improvement. Overall placement rate currently stands at a respectable 50 percent. The current scenario is not yet on par with some of the more established institutes primarily due to a lower number of companies participating in the campus drive. This is however the past not the future. The institute is demonstrably on upward trajectory. Current salary package ranges from Rs 15000 per month to Rs 50000 per month.
Infrastructure: The course here is good and the college life is awesome especially the hostel. Its a core memory for all student who live in the hostel their lifestyle and all other aspects. The hostel here is more than just accommodation its a crucible for unforgettable moments.
Faculty: Faculty is very friendly and helpful. Exams are a bit tricky but very fruitful. The institute maintains a high standard particularly evident in the examination structure. Faculty here offer mentorship on career paths and go the extra mile to ensure students feel supported in the journey.
Other: EQUINOX is the main college fest here and it is one of the best known fests in Thiruvananthapuram.

The college gas good infrastructure and eco-friendly environment.
Placements: About 70% of students get placed from our college. Top recruiting companies include Bosch, Reliance Industries, Leyland, etc. Top roles offered in our course are maintenance engineer, quality control, powertrain, etc. About 75% of students get internships from our course in various companies.
Infrastructure: Our department has a large seminar hall, well-maintained labs, smart classrooms, and tutorial rooms. The college provides separate hostels for women and men. Food for hostelers is arranged in the canteen. Medical room and sports facilities are available. The college provides a large ground for sports.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They help us gain good knowledge in all subjects. Semester exams are a little tough, but teachers help us with full confidence to achieve good marks. The pass percentage is about 75%. This course curriculum is relevant.
Other: I chose this program because I want to explore the field of machines and industrial activities. They gain more knowledge about the work done in this field.

Offered by AISAT - Albertian Institute of Science & Technology

Labs and faculty support are good, but the KTU exam schedule causes burnout. Placements are average.
Placements: For CSE, placements are decent. You will not see massive tech giants offering huge salaries, but bulk recruiters like TCS, UST, and Sutherland hire many students. If you clear your papers and know basic coding, you will likely get a job paying around 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: For CSE, labs are good with decent systems and AC, which matters most, but the Wi-Fi is restricted, so it cannot be relied on for personal use. Classrooms and the library are standard and clean. The hostel is livable, but the rules are quite strict. The food in the mess and canteen is average. You will not starve, but it is nothing special. The highlight is definitely the football turf, which is very well-maintained.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and know their subjects well. But the teaching style feels a bit like school because they are strict about attendance and notes. The curriculum follows the university standard, which is outdated and too theory-focused. So students have to learn practical coding on their own to get a job. The semester exams are tough and not easy to pass. The pass percentage is decent, getting backlogs is common if students do not study consistently.
Other: The crowd is decent and disciplined. Mostly focused on academics and clubs like IEEE or IEDC. The best part about the location is the connectivity, being right next to CUSAT and the metro, which makes commuting easy. Scholarships like the St. Augustine Konnully Memorial are available for high entrance ranks, but students must maintain their grades to keep them. The university syllabus is outdated. So students often feel like they are studying for marks rather than real skills in branches other than CSE and AI & ML.

A balanced and honest review of CET Trivandrum.
Placements: CET Trivandrum offers good placements with many top recruiters visiting the campus and branches like CSE and ECE receiving strong offers. While the overall placement rate is high the average package is moderate so students aiming for top roles need to put in extra effort. Overall CET is a solid choice for placements if you actively use the opportunities provided.
Infrastructure: CET Trivandrum has a spacious campus with well equipped classrooms labs and a strong library though some areas could be modernized. The hostels offer a decent and student friendly living environment but the buildings and common areas will benefit from better maintenance. Food quality is okay but not very consistent.
Faculty: The faculty at CET Trivandrum is generally knowledgeable and supportive especially in core subjects though teaching quality can vary across departments. The curriculum is strong but slightly traditional and could use more industry oriented updates. Exams are fair and structured provided you stay consistent with the coursework.
Other: I chose this course because I have always been interested in how things work and wanted a field that combines problem solving creativity and real world application. The best part is the strong mix of theory practical labs and projects that help build real technical and analytical skills. Overall it aligns well with my interests and long term goals.

if you can manage studies on your own and need more exposure. Many extracurricular activities.
Placements: Though the actual percentage is not known only some students got places. The highest package offered is about 35LPA from Qualcomm and the lowest package offered is 3 to 4LPA. Many students got from TCS. One student got internship at Oracle not much more is known. Do not know about other roles but SDE is the most popular.
Infrastructure: Labs library is top class. Wi-Fi connection is not available everywhere and is slow. The infrastructure much of it is old but still strong write desks and iron chairs for students and projectors are old to but still work though not perfectly. Hostel is privately arranged. No sports and games not much medical facilities though many hospital are nearby. Food is good. Other facilities of hostel are good.
Faculty: Most teachers are helpful qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is excellent for some teachers and not that good for others. Curriculum is relevant. Sem exams are generally easier but series exams are more difficult. Pass percentage is good.
Other: Top college in Kerala is available via KEAM so I chose it. The first sem syllabus covers so many things that might not be useful like Chemistry engineering and graphics that take up a lot of time. No college organized events but events organized by seniors are vibrant crowded and colorful.
