All programs related to Art & Design, Engineering and Technology, and Mathematical and Physical Sciences are offered in the Technology Campus. The Gnanagangothri Campus on New BEL Road is home to the Faculties of Dental Sciences, Pharmacy, Hospitality Management and Catering Technology, Management & Commerce, Life & Allied Health Sciences, School of Social Sciences, Medical, Physiotherapy, Nursing, and School of Law and the programs offered by each of them.

M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences offers Merit and Admission Test scholarships to students. The scholarship is offered considering the merit of the candidates. The Scholarships Awards Committee and approve eligible applications. Students who do not qualify for scholarship are notified by the Committee with the reason for rejection.

Students should be 17 years to 28 years for some programs offered in RUASAT. But specific age limit varies by course to course.

It required 10+2 with PCM/PCB and minimum marks which is: 

45% for general category

40% for reserved

Academically, the student must have passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry and math or biology depending on the chosen undergraduate course.
