However, students aspiring to study BSc, MSc, BPT, B.O.Th., UG Diploma, BMLT, GNM, and ANM courses can join MPMSU without appearing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).

Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University offers UG Diploma across 4 specialisations, such as, Paramedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Pathology, and Cath-Lab Technician. The duration of the course is 2 years and the seat intake for UG Diploma courses ranges between 20-50.
