MDU Rohtak BCom Courses & Fees 2025: Dates, Updates, Eligibility

No, the university does not offer direct admission. MDU Rohtak admission to a lot of courses is done through entrance exams. The university conducts an entrance exam to shortlist candidates for MA, MBA, LLM, etc. However, for a few non-centralised courses, admission is merit-based. Thus, for these courses, the candidate's scores in the last qualifying examination are considered for selection. Hence, the candidates must prepare well in advance as a lot of students apply for admission to MDU Rohtak but seats are limited.

MDU Rohtak affiliated colleges accepts JEE Main courses to offer various BTech courses. Among all the courses, the BTech in Computer Science and Engineering was emerged as the top competitive course. For BTech in CSE, the affiliated colleges' cutoff ranged between 81529 and 1093203 for the General AI category candidates. MDU Rohtak admission 2023 is closed now. The admission cycle for 2024 will begin soon. The admission process generally commences in May every academic year. Candidates can take admission in MDU either based on their academic merit or entrance exam depending on the course selected. 

Application window opens online on the official website of the university. Interested aspirants must check the eligibility criteria and apply as and when the application window opens.

At the undergraduate level, MDU Rohtak offers three to five-year BSc,  BA, and other courses to students. At the postgraduate level, the university offers two to five-year MSc,  MA,  MCom, and various other programmes to students. BTech is offered in various specialisations such as Computer Science and Engineering,  Mechanical Engineering, and others.
