The faculty is satisfactory but the fees of the course is very low.

Placements: The placement rate is 10-15% at most, with 3 LPA packages in companies like Paytm, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and many other private firms where very low salaries were offered even after completing the Masters of Commerce. Mostly sales roles were offered.

Infrastructure: There is a lack of facilities in our campus departments, like no access to Wi-Fi for day scholars. There is no proper ventilation in the classrooms; only fans are there, and sometimes the fans also do not work properly. But the campus library is top-notch, and the computer labs are also very good.

Faculty: The faculty of my department is good, but sometimes they ask their research scholars to teach us, who are not good at all at teaching. The teachers are helpful and highly qualified. The teaching quality is average. The course is relevant for making students industry-ready. College semester exams are not that difficult.

Maharshi Dayanand University pros and cons.

Placements: Placements are approximately nil. Students have to look towards off campus placements on their own. Just 5 to 10 percent students are placed that too in sales and Customer care executive jobs from another placement cell of the university. This department of commerce does not have its own placement cell.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the university is so modern and have each and every facility that any students can ever dream off. It has it's own swimming pool, Gymnasium, Student activity center, a wide collection of books of different authors in each and every field and also it has e library facility available.

Faculty: Faculty provided by the institution is well experienced. There are highly qualified professors and research scholars. They regularly take presentations and complete the syllabus. Curriculum is well designed but needs to be updated a bit but this curriculum lacks practical subjects and the end of the semester professors take a comprehensive viva by a professor of another university or college .

Other: I chose this university because of low fees and easy accessibility with my home town and because of the integrated course it has .

Our college has good infrastructure, but placements are not good.

Placements: The brand name of this university is good. Only 10-20% of students are placed. Top roles offered are sales and customer care executives. If you plan to pursue a Ph.D. in the future, this college is a good choice for you. It is not suitable at all, but the fees are affordable.

Infrastructure: Our college provides excellent infrastructure. It contains facilities like a student activity center, a university hall, a gym, badminton courts, a cricket ground, a swimming pool, and a tennis court.

Faculty: Our teachers are good, but they are not updated with the current scenario of the industry. They are just teaching what they used to teach years ago. It's not their fault. The UGC syllabus is so old and not updated at all. Our teachers are experienced but do not ask for an upgrade to the university.

Other: The campus is good and has lush greenery. You have access to all the facilities that top universities like IIM and IIT have, but placements are entirely your responsibility. The university does not have a separate placement cell for this course.

Review of Maharshi Dayanand University.

Placements: Nearly 20% of students get placed in our college. Around 30% of students have got internships in different companies.

Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. Labs are libraries are available in every department. The hostel facilities are good. Wi-Fi facility is available in all hostels. The food served in the hostel is good and affordable. They serve milk and breakfast every morning. Our college provides us with sports facilities. A swimming pool is available in our college.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and highly qualified. Our college has the best teaching environment for students. The pass percentage of our college is 45%. The examination is good and accurate. Semester exams are a bit difficult. They are not hard if you have studied your subject.

MDU is not a dream college for students.

Placements: Around 80%-95% of the students were placed from our course. The salary package offered in this course is around 3.6 LPA. I don't know much about top recruiters, but companies frequently visited here. None of the students got internships from here, and roles are not offered. Our college has the worst placement cell with teachers who have thoughts of ancient times and don't know what they are doing.

Infrastructure: The classrooms here are average. The library is good, and the food served is fine. Except for these things, everything is bad. If you want only a degree, then you can join this college. Otherwise, I suggest you to prefer any private college for admission. There are the worst fans in classrooms, which don't work. The ceiling of the classrooms is not plastered.

Faculty: Teachers here are not as good as they should be. The course curriculum is quite old. Compared to today's generation of knowledge, teachers need to be changed because they are doing fraud with the lives of students. There are the worst teachers whom I have seen in my entire life.

Other: The fee is moderate here, and scholarships are offered. There are no extra activities, so it feels like a school. The only difference between this college and school is we do not have a uniform here. Courses need to be modernised a lot, but the best thing is it is very affordable.
