In terms of placements, the University has achieved a good placement record. Over the past two years, the top industry in which the highest percentage of MBA offers were made has been the same, i.e. Banking, Finance, and Insurance. The University offers over 30 programmes at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate level. A few of the courses provided by the university include BTech, MA, MSc, LLB, LLM, B.Ed, MEd, and more. Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University admissions to various courses are either entrance or merit-based. Moreover, the University also conducts an entrance exam for admission to MSc, LLB, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, BPEd, MEd and LLM programmes.

The MJPRU highest package has not been disclosed as of now. However, the median package offered to the 2023 passing-out batch is available. The University has not released the branch-wise placement data. As of now, the MBA placement statistics are disclosed for the academic year 2022-23. MJPRU admissions are either entrance or merit-based. Candidates have to qualify for the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for any of the UG & PG courses. For PG courses, MJPRU conducts the MJPRU entrance exam. Apart from that for courses such as BPharm, BTech, MBA, MCA, etc., the university accepts valid scores of JEE Main, CUET UG & CUET PG entrance exams. Further, for other UG courses, admissions are entirely based on the merit obtained in the previous qualifying exam.
