Satisfied with college overall structure.

Placements: MCA comes under faculty of engineering of university of Lucknow, new campus. This course came here in 2018 and mine is the first batch of MCA who will get passed out next year. So, in that case any prior knowledge of job placement and internship placement are not cleared yet faculty are saying there will be 100% placement of students and hcl, tcs and wipro tech giants will come for hiring of students from my college. Roles that will be offered in MCA and B.Tech CS dept. ). And BCA courses will be in regard of development sector and IT professionals.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college engineering department is quite good and contains different labs for the required work and full facility is given to students with a wi-fi connection in the department. Also, infrastructure of classrooms, conferences halls, seminar rooms and auditorium is quite good with good arrangements. And since I'm not a hostler so, I can't provide any further details about that.

Faculty: The good thing here in new campus. that they have a very helpful, knowledgeable and experienced faculty who are always ready to sort out any issues by the students and their way of teaching and helping to get things know is quite impressive. In all they have very good teaching quality. And yes all the curriculum related to my course is very much precise and relevant to what industries are looking for right now. But I think making things more practical will be a better option for students because in the end only practical knowledge will help us out to give our best in industries.

Other: Since I've done BCA as my graduation I think for further good opportunities in future, MCA will be a better option for me to gain more knowledge in the field of computer Science. And the best thing about my course is that students and teachers are very helpful in every sort of thing, teachers are quite open regarding students for there career growths and provide guidance regarding what will be beneficial for them. There is no pressure and at the same time one can feel surrounded by the teachers for any kind of help regarding their studies. Keeping things more practical and focusing on what industries expect from the students and working that way I think can improve the overall structure of students as well as faculty and the department. In every 6 months our department organizes a coding competition programme in which students from different colleges of Lucknow are invited for the competition and exciting gifts and rewards are provided who passes all the rounds and even certificates are provided to all the participants. Also a centennial event was about to happen in march but because of this COVID-19 pandemic everything is postponed for a while. This centennial includes all kinds of cultural, technical and many interesting programs and last for 2 days in our campus only.
