Though fee refund policy of MAHE is based on UGC Refund Policy, however, if students withdraw their application before 15 days of class commencement, full paid hostel fees will be refunded. If student withdraws after class commencement then INR 15000 will be deducted from hostel fee and remaining amount will be returned to student.

Yes, candidates seeking BTech admission at Manipal University are required to have studied Maths in Class 12. BTech as Manipal University is a four-year course. The university has specified the minimum eligibility requirement that must be met by BTech aspirants in order to secure admission. The eligibility criteria for BTech admission at the university require aspirants to have scored at least 50% in Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ any vocational subject. Hence, having studied Mathematics at the Class 12 level is compulsory for BTech admission in Manipal University.

MET exam pattern consisted of the details regarding how the examination was held. As per the official MET exam pattern, the examination was held as a computer-based test at various centres. The total duration of the examination was 2 hours. Candidates had to answer Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and Numerical Answer Type (NAT). For every correct answer, the candidate was allotted four marks. There was no negative marking for Numerical Answer Type (NAT) but one mark was deducted for every wrong answer in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
