MIT Art, Design, and Technology (MIT ADT) University in Pune, India has both merit-based and entrance-based admissions.

MIT ADT considers a candidate's merit in previous qualifying exams and their scores on entrance exams like: 

MAH CET, CAT, MAT, PERA CET, JEE Main, MHT CET. 

The university also offers merit-based admissions to some courses, including: 

BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, B.Sc, M.Sc. 

For example, admission to the university's B.Tech+M.Tech (Integrated) courses is based on a candidate's performance in JEE Main, MHT CET, or Uni-Gauge. To be eligible, candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, with a minimum of 50% marks. 

Direct admission is possible for a few of the courses at MIT ADT. The university offers multiple UG and PG courses in the stream of Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Management, etc. For admission to courses such as MBA, MCA, BTech, MTech, BArch, etc., it's mandatory for candidates to submit the scores of any relevant entrance exam, which is accepted at either the state or national level. Apart from this, admissions to courses such as BCA, BBA, BSc, MA, BCom, etc., are done based on the merit of candidates in their last qualifying exam as per the course's requirements. For some courses, the selection process also includes qualifying for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. 

The fee of PG courses like MBA at MIT ADTU Pune is INR 2.4 L - INR 12 L. This fee is exclusive of the admission fee, hostel charges, transportation fee, and several other charges.
