The admission includes a three-step process which starts with the application process followed by shortlisting candidates based on their performance in the entrance exam and making final admission offers. Step 1: NLSIU Application

The registered candidates are required to appear for the CLAT entrance exam for admission to BA LLB and LLM programmes. After that, candidates willing to get admission to B.A. LLB (Hons) and LLM programmes, have to go through the CLAT counselling process for acceptance of seats. To confirm the allotment, candidates have to accept the seat allotment, after that the allotment will be frozen.
Step 3: NLSIU Final Seat Allotment
Candidates who will accept the allotted seat need to upload all the required documents on the official portal. After that candidates, will be required to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats within a stipulated deadline.
